製品を使ってみた感想： 自分自身の作業では、積極的に使用することはない。グループ内のメンバーが使用したために関係する程度。

良いポイント:

簡単と言うより、ほぼ強制的に使用されている感じ。

改善してほしい点:

もっと身近に使える説明ウエアであるとか、userマニュアルがあってもよい。

セキュリティ機能がまだ改善できそう

良いポイント:

ネット環境に依存するが、基本同期が早いです。また、バックグラウンドで同期してくれるため、手間を省けます。 保管したファイルをリンクでシェアできるため、メールのファイルサイズを抑えることができます。

改善してほしい点:

セキュリティを高めたいと思っても、カスタマイズしにくいです。 またファイルを共有しやすい反面、情報漏れしやすいデメリットがあります。例えば、「リンクを知っている人がアクセスできる」に設定した場合、不正な手段でリンクを知った人ならだれでもアクセスできるようになります。

windows利用者もそうでない人も

良いポイント:

やはりWindowsの画面上で手元に有るかの様に使える操作性と他端末(Android iOS)との親和性の高さです。アカウントもmicrosoftアカウントがそのまま使えるので管理面でも楽です

改善してほしい点:

たまに動作が不安定でブラウザだとファイルが上がってるのにWinだと見れない、、、と言う時があります。　クラウドとして致命的なのでそこは何とかしてほしいなと思います。

無料ではじめらてからOffice365で容量増やすのも可

良いポイント:

Microsoftアカウントがあれば無料ではじめられる

改善してほしい点:

たまに同期エラーが発生する。ファイル名の長さや、Ｃドライブのキャッシュエラーなど。ここは直して欲しい

pcに最初からあるソフト

製品を使ってみた感想： 同期するデータ量が多いとメモリが8gでは足りないことが増えたため、16gは積みたいと思うようになった

良いポイント:

Microsoftが出しているため、windowsであれば最初からインストールされている。 スマホにもインストールすればデータ共有が可能となる。

改善してほしい点:

アカウントが必要となるため、使わない場合無駄な容量を食うだけとなる

必要なファイルは全保存、バックアップとしても使えるので安心

製品を使ってみた感想： 常に必要なものは同期しているので、PCに不具合が出てtもデータは問題ない点が業務に支障がなく満足です。

良いポイント:

特によくないと思う点はありませんが、ユーザーからはブラウザでの使い分けが分かりにくいようです。

Office365についてくる1TBのクラウドストレージが非常に魅力的

良いポイント:

Officeをサブスクリプション契約すると、自動的にクラウドストレージがついてくる点。

改善してほしい点:

今のところ不都合を感じたことはありません。

個人用One driveと会社用One driveが同じUIなので混乱する

Officeとのコラボ性は高いが､､､

良いポイント:

MicrosoftなだけあってOffice関連のファイルとのコラボ性は高い。またアプリをパソコンにインストールすればエクスプローラ等から管理ができる。

改善してほしい点:

WebでのUIがとても不便であると思う。shrepointやらなんやらと色々あったりどれがなんなのかよくわからなくなる。また、企業向けなので仕方ないのだが設定項目がたくさんあり非常に複雑である。

Google Driveの別利用として

良いポイント:

Googleアカウントとの連携のため、Google Driveを主に使用しているが、容量制限があるのでOne Driveも使用している。使用頻度の高くないファイルはこちらで良い。無料で使える容量も、Google Driveより大きい。

改善してほしい点:

良くない点はあまりないと思う。強いて言えば、Googleアカウントとの連携のしやすさくらい。

他社からもアクセスできて便利

良いポイント:

社内だけでなく他社とも遠隔で成果を共有することができるので便利

改善してほしい点:

やはり重いデータはアップロード、ダウンロードともに時間がかかってしまう

ワンドライブで十分。

私は無料トライアルのみの使用ですが、わかりやすくすごく便利です。

改善してほしい点:

特にありません。他にもファイル共有ソフトはいろいろありますが、ワンドライブで間に合ってます。

Two issues we have with OneDrive are, first, the slowdown we experience when syncing desktop files to OneDrive. For example, if we sync a large folder full of files, it noticeably impacts our computer's performance, despite our devices generally being quite powerful. It would improve our experience if the syncing process caused less interference with our computers' speed. Secondly, we frequently encounter problems with incomplete uploads, especially with folders containing subfolders, images, PDFs, and other files. Once the upload process finishes, we often see a notification stating that certain files weren't uploaded, which is frustrating. We then have to attempt re-uploading those files individually, which is both time-consuming and inconvenient. It would be helpful if OneDrive provided more detailed explanations about why certain files couldn’t be uploaded.

Limited and Inconvenient

製品を使ってみた感想： My overall experience with OneDrive has not been the greatest. It is buggy at times, it has file name, and file path size limits, and sometimes it deletes files out of nowhere. However, it isn't all bad, it integrates great with the Microsoft ecosystem, it is relatively cheap, it has amazing cross-platform accessibility, great collaboration features, version history, and offline access. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless your company relies on Microsoft365.

OneDrive has a file name limit, which means that, when a file name is longer than 255 character, it will not sync. OneDrive also has a file path limit. When the path exceed 400 characters, it also won't sync, which can be inconvenient at times. Sometimes, OneDrive will delete files out of nowhere. These can be easily recoverable, it's just annoying that it happens in the first place.

A Powerful Storage Resource

製品を使ってみた感想： I have been storing my files with OneDrive for over 10 years and have never lost a file or folder. When I want to delete or download a file or folder it's easy to do so. Also it's easy to share files with others who I have on my shared network. I really like that I can easily upload and download files I use weekly to a OneDrive folder on my computer hardrive rather than storing them on OneDrive online.

It doesn't always work the same throughout every browser. I have a problem getting into my saved folders at times when using Microsoft edge. Since I normally use Google Chrome, I don't see this as a problem for me.

I've had no problems with OneDrive for the past three years, and I adore it. I think a lot of people have problems because they don't read the instructions, don't understand how it works, and just click "yes" to everything when installing it.

製品を使ってみた感想： I use it for both my work account and my own private account and can toggle easily between both. I'm able to get a near real time view when uploading or removing many documents at once.

良いポイント:

The ability to sync documents is very hands off, and the performance is very good. I don't see my computer resources getting slammed when syncing a bunch of documents at once.

改善してほしい点:

Integration with windows PC's seems to mess up when connecting from my VPN. I have to manually connect at times. Also as a software engineer, I have source code that won't migrate to a new machine due to git restrictions. There are some nuances like that.

We have experienced very few cons with OneDrive. OneDrive rarely disconnects, but it's very easy to reconnect.

One Drive does a fantastic job keeping all of its apps in the same place. Easy to use double monitor and jump around on all the apps. Makes saving certain documents very easy and allows you to share them with ease as well.

When first started researching and then using this product there were lots of concerns for its data vulnerability. Seems like the privacy could use an upgrade.
