改善してほしい点:

インポートやエクスポート時に書式まで合わせて実施することができないため、レイアウト等がずれることがある。また、オフライン時に作業には初期状態では対応されていない。公式の拡張機能があるため、別途インストールする必要がある。

製品を使ってみた感想： 操作感がよく、容易に導入可能で、運用コストもかからない良サービスだと感じる。

良いポイント:

導入が容易く使いやすい。やはり、ＷＯＲＤに比べると多少使いにくい部分、例えばフィルター機能や、ＰＤＦを編集可能文章ファイルへの変換、コメント機能など、があるが、導入がしやすく運用コストもほぼかからないのに、ほぼ同じことができる。

改善してほしい点:

前述した通り、フィルター機能や、ＰＤＦを編集可能文章ファイルへの変換がまだうまく対応できていない部分があるのかと感じる。

ドキュメント作成ツールのスタンダード

製品を使ってみた感想： 社内の書類を管理する上ではクラウド上に保管できることもあり、現状これより良い製品はないのではないかと思う。

良いポイント:

ブラウザ上でドキュメントを作成、編集でき、いつでもどこでも操作ができる点。

改善してほしい点:

ワードとの互換性が完璧ではなく、表示が崩れる場合があること。

It's easy converting to other software, it's ability to import clearly, data is never lost, it is so easy to receive and download information and to compare everything that is needed in informing and helping others.

I struggle with the appearance of some documents. I have been using computers for over 40 years and I guess I have a little OCD thing about how everything should look. I'm old school, we were taught that there were only so many acceptable formats. I've had to come along way since then.

An Essential Software

Google Docs is my favorite. I use it everyday in some capacity--whether it is taking notes, collaborating with my team on a project, tagging outside organizations into a document, creating various informational sheets, etc. It works very well for our industry.

My only true complaint I have is the formatting when printing. If this could be fixed to work more similar to Microsoft Word, then I would have zero complaints.

Definitely My Personal Favorite Google App

製品を使ってみた感想： I really love and use Google Docs pretty much everyday, whether I find the need to do quick perusals in the stories I wrote or editing some documents which I can possibly do both online and offline. I really appreciate how I can definitely edit my documents offline and just have the changes applied once I am back online.

The first time I used this is back when I was a doing a paper with my classmates in my university and I appreciate how we simply don't need to justify our contributions because the history will simply show it. I appreciate it even more when I write my stories because I can even change the color of the paper that is said to help it easier to write even more. It is still my favorite Google App up to date and has never left my phone app list ever since.

There are honestly none because I truly love Google Docs and how convenient it is whether using it for personal purposes or even in professional matters. I love how it is pretty straight forward and you don't need to be tech-savvy to be able to use it.

Makes my life so much easier as far as customizable templates template generators the surge helps me find my files and my docs more efficiently and effectively and saves time other than have to do it manually one by one so it's definitely something I would recommend doing if you have an organized files and folders or docs and have a hard time finding them I would definitely use Google docs search options

Storage is on the light side, unless you have a company account that increases both your bandwidth and storage capabilities. Larger files also take longer to upload so if you're in a hurry, it is best to compress the files in a folder and upload the folder instead of individual large files.

The best thing is that it has high compatibility and supports almost any device, may it be high-end or low-end. Secondly, Google Docs has many collaborative features such as inviting other people to edit the document and also can put restrictions on edit. Many software like Grammarly and Google Drive. Thirdly the docs has some other interesting features like opening through Google Meetand also showing the number of users currently viewing or editing the documents, keeping their identities hidden. It can be shared through multiple ways like mail, link, etc and also has an option of downloading a .doc format for offline saving. Other than that it has got almost every feature a normal word processor should have.

The Google Docs should launch a dedicated application for windows and mac because as of now it is totally cloud and network-based and people may not have proper network connectivity all the time. Because of network lags people may also lose their work as the changes may not get properly saved due to network lag. Furthermore the fonts styles maybe expanded and the background customization can be increased.

良いポイント:

Google Docs is my go to Web application. I write all of my files and my notes in Google Docs. What I like most about this application is that it is easier for me to access my files or documents even when I am not connected into a Wi-Fi because it allows me to download my files offline.

I like least about the Google Docs is, I can’t seem to figure out how to customize certain elements. However , I can easily find instructions on how to change the entire page's layout but I am having a hard time when it comes to to smaller details like headers or footers.

In-class collaboration between users is Google docs strongest point ,and it is what I like most about it. This has proven beneficial to my team , as we rely on it for multi - user collaboration when creating documents for my team or department. Having multiple users being able to work together on documentations makes us more efficient and productive.

Whenever I have imported word documents created with third party tools into Google docs, the formatting properties of such documents get distorted, leaving me spending extra time to reformat the file.
