We really love the fact that this seems to be one of a few SaaS vendors that offers Premium Feature Request Estimates and build outs. I really wish other SaaS vendors had this. Because support is based in India, it will always take at least a full day before receiving a response in a best-case scenario. > > Integration with Squarespace was straight-forward. Single sign-on does not work at all. Choosing single sign-on integration requires an additional fee, but it is completely unreliable and support for the feature is terrible. Customer support with this company is consistently the best I've experienced in 20+ years as a web developer - highly responsive, very knowledgeable, does not drop the ball on issues. Any questions I've had have been answered promptly and thoroughly, any issues have been rectified.
