改善してほしい点:

権限設定の粒度が粗いことがあるので、大規模プロジェクトには向いていないかもしれません。数人でいくつかのプロジェクトを各々やっているという状態に向いています。

製品を使ってみた感想： ClickUpひとつでプロジェクトやタスクを管理でき複数のサービスを併用しなくて良いため、管理時間を短縮でき、全体的な作業が効率化された。使用したことない人にはぜひおすすめする。

良いポイント:

初めてでも簡単に使用でき、わかりやすいクリーンなデザイン。特に気に入っている点は、プロジェクト／タスクについて、全体としての把握しやすさを保ちながら、個々の細かいタスクの進捗状況や詳細も非常に明確である点である。

改善してほしい点:

良くない点はあまり思い当たらないが、あえて言うなら、言語に日本語がないためか周りでは導入している人が少ないところである。

製品を使ってみた感想： Awesome experience! The pricing was great and it does offer a lot of features that benefit your project management and flow. Compared to its most competitors, it charges less and the user interface is just easy to use.

製品を使ってみた感想： To put it in one word I will say it was great. I used it in the past and also I've tried multiple other solutions like Jira, Asana, Plaky, and many more others trying to find the perfect tool but somehow I always relied on ClickUp. It's not the perfect solution but I think is there compared with other solutions on the market.

良いポイント:

I find the concept of spaces the most complete for my needs. I use spaces for customers, and I put all the client projects there as folders, but I also use them for large projects.

改善してほしい点:

The loading speed. I tried on multiple different networks but it has that lazy loading that way in the past, when I started to use the tool it was not there.

Great functionality, but is it over complicated?

I think there's an overwhelm of features and functionalities so sometimes I feel like I lost the whole benefit of managing tasks because it's all just time-consuming and over-complicated. I've been using it for a while and sometimes I still can't find what I'm looking for.. it doesn't feel intuitive.

It is costlier in comparison to similar products in market. Slightly organisation of tasks, allocation to sprint, filling in the fields relevant to the task is slightly complex

We have multiple divisions within the department and needed something to be able to show our commissioner a snapshot of our projects for the year. Click-up was amazing! It was visual, had so much detail that could be included and so much functionality and editing capacity that it can be used for a whole range of data. The system is user friendly and I had to do minimal training with staff as it is very intuitive.

Click-up is easy to use, visually stimulating, well organized and can provide a great snapshot of company projects, timelines and status. The FAQs are great and so are the Youtube videos.

I liked everything about Click-Up. I did not have any cons when using this program.

Almost great planning tool

製品を使ってみた感想： I am overall happy about using ClickUp in my daily workflow. It is a tools that helps me with my daily tasks and organizes my work. Sometimes it can be a bit laggy, but except meetings it doesn't happen really often.

ClickUp can make your work more organized by allowing you to create various spaces in which you can divide your companies or departments to make your tasks be where they belong. You can use a few default views to sort your lists of tasks. It is perfect for managing projects, keeping your work documented and well planned. It is also great for collaboration.

My biggest issue with ClickUp is it has a lot of problems during meets. I am not able to comfortably present the project to the team, or scrum along with them.

Overall, it helped us increase productivity, but with some growing pains and if you're going to go all-in with ClickUp you need at least one person dedicated to making sure things keep working and team members are using it.

Clickup allows you to build out processes and workflows where you can manage them from a single place while also allowing internal/external members to see "where things are at" in terms of deliverables.

Clickup has an insane amount of customization and that can be overwhelming if you're coming into it cold and if you start building things as a newbie, there's a good chance down the road or when you go to scale that you made some poor organizational decisions (speaking from experience).

製品を使ってみた感想： Wow, ClickUp has boosted productivity, streamlined how I manage projects and tasks as well as communicating with colleagues.

良いポイント:

Wow. I love how clean, attractive and organized the UI of ClickUp was designed, it just puts everything in order and appropriately. I am also happy with how I can customize channels, templates and projects to how I know best. Incase a project is overdue or almost reaching completion, ClickUp marks it with a red colour to help you time track and know how to mitigate it. I can also communicate with teammates using the business instant messaging collaborate on a project using the Kanban and white boards. Fantastic drag and drop functionality. ClickUp has also the capability to integrate with third party platforms like Google Calendar that helps in date and time tracking.

I can't think of any dislikes at the moment simply because I have come across any.

Misleading payment structure, poor user experience and horrible customer service

製品を使ってみた感想： Very poor experience with features, the user experience of the platform and what it can realistically accomplish without errors is very limited (only tasks and set of tasks). Very poor customer service that hides behind policies instead of helping when it comes to misleading and problematic payment structures. Click up wants to be easy to use but a lot of necessary features are hidden and not explained properly inside click up to the point that you have to go hunt in their website or get to the point of sending an angry email to staff because a bill just appeared that you did not sign up for. Be extremely careful in giving access or trying to built a client portal. Those are the absolute worse parts of this system and are built to confuse and mislead people. Customer service is clearly understaffed (they mentioned it and it took me 3 weeks to resolve an issue that could have take 3 days top in my experience). Very clear the [sensitive content hidden] care about competing in the market by adding a ton of poorly built and implemented features instead of working on making click up a reliable tasks management and possibly project management software that cares for the usability of its users and have real support of the customer service. We all get capitalism but when it is felt that this platform is being failed by their [sensitive content hidden] it is best to jump ship and moved to another one. It is sad to see the potential of what it could be and how it is utterly missed and misused.

Problematic and misleading payment method with poor invoicing system. Extremely problematic adding user access and/or the possibility of client portals. The users options is the most confusing and horribly designed and necessary feature of click up. Absolutely beware! Horrible customer service (unhelpful, gaslighting and understaffed). The platform is extremely poorly designed for all the added features. Anything related to workflow, project management, time tracking and the like is so badly implemented and designed that it cannot be used for serious projects without risking errors.

Best Visual And Audio conference's

ClickUp has the best visual collaborations which are based on real-time communication and this helps because I can have video and audio conference's with my team members at ease and we work on projects.
