It has helped us centralize applicant information and create an organized pipeline before implementing a full ATS, which saves time and improves visibility across the team.

It limits organizations and creates a bottleneck in team flow, as only one person has the ability to edit and revise forms, unless you use a work around. The Enterprise level is significantly more expensive, which would be the solution to this, however it's priced out of range for most teams. Support can be complex, as on occasion they do not read through the full request or read what has been attempted to solve an issue.

> Overall, I have had a postive experience, and use Jotform daily. It takes form management to an efficient and easy to use part of gathering important information.

Examples and templates helps immensely. Adding pictures and videos to forms are easy and helpful.
