Also, any inclusion of TikTok would make this platform leaps and bounds better than any competition.

It's never gone down, very little issues and good support team who are very quick to look into any concerns of questions we have. &#10;&#10;The largest issue we have with brandwatch is the lack of TikTok integration. However, with the ability to upload custom sources, even this core issue is largely covered, meaning we have very little major concerns with the platform.

Positive overall, but tough for a team not trained in both analyzing sentiment themselves and solid tool use to revise sentiment assessment.
