良いポイント:
The ability to manage your properties across multiple channels/platforms is vital. The automated messaging is great, and they are constantly working to improve the product.
改善してほしい点:
The "task management" of what needs to be done at various properties is not particularly helpful in the way it is implemented for me.

Excellent Customer Support & Easy To Use
製品を使ってみた感想： The iGMS support team is excellent. They respond quickly and have worked with me hand in hand for every issue that needed research. With so many platforms communicating to make the reservations happen, it's nice to have someone that can help me investigate any issues or questions I have.

Easy to use and handles everything for me from automated messaging and combined calendar view from all my booking sources.

Nothing I don't like about igms software, app and the support team. They are all excellent.

IGMS glitches will cost you
製品を使ってみた感想： Their product has glitches that will cause headaches and cost money. When this happens, their customer service is terrible. On multiple occasions, I have sent them details snd screen shots to show the problems their glitches have created, and they consistently find a way to blame every issue on user error.

The software makes communication with guests easy.

IGMS consistently has glitches in syncing information across platforms. We have had problems with updating pricing as well as blocking calendar dates. For example, pricing updates made in IGMS do not always sync with Airbnb or VRBO. This has cost of thousands of dollars.

affordability and ease. i like the app and they keep rolling out updates so i will be happt to see whats next

sometime a little clunky, i have to ask for tech help a lot when that i not a norm for me

I Love Systems
良いポイント:
IGMS has made the process move a lot smoother and easier. Having everything in one place and being able to manage it all under one umbrella has made my life easier. Added bonus to connecting the users to a platform for getting units cleaned. I’m happy with the service provided.

My only complaint is the messaging portion moves a little slow.
