製品を使ってみた感想： Really pleased and happy to have switched to Jibble. It makes doing payroll so much easier.

良いポイント:

The way it is set up for time tracking and time off. It was not too complicated and didn't require a bunch of steps or information. It did exactly what we needed, which was a way to track time that wasn't tied to manually entering in/out only at work. Plus my partner or I could look at the time entered and know where the employee was as far as working that week.

改善してほしい点:

The only thing I can really think of that I struggle with sometimes is finding a missed clock in/out. While it says you can't do two of the same - clock in/out in - in a row, there's no indication when the last in/out was to track it down and fix it.

製品を使ってみた感想： Positive, and I would highly recommend it to sole traders or companies that need to track working hours of individuals. Note: I haven't used this with a payroll API or a billing API yet, so I can't comment on those automated functions - presently my firm is still relatively small, so I have simple worksheet systems that handle those functions for which I make the entries using reports from Jibble. I haven't used their Customer Service much either, so I can't comment extensively on that, because I've pretty much been able to quickly figure out aspects about which I initially had some questions.

Jibble is intuitive to configure & use. It enables management to set up the rules for how various levels of employees will be permitted to clock in & out. It enables coffee breaks & meal breaks to be easily tracked, in addition to start & end times for the day. It enables tracking of projects & tasks, and an easy way to enter comments on what tasks the user is working on for that segment of the workday. I bought the paid version to use for my consulting business to track and report on times worked on various clients' assignments, for myself and others in my firm, and I would recommend it to other companies that need to track working hours and time spent on various categories of assignments. I use it on both my Android smartphone and my desktop, and it works well on both.

Sometimes the geographical location feature doesn't work smoothly for me for clocking in or out at "known" locations, but I probably just need to research that feature a bit more to figure out how best to configure it.

Using the mobile version was not such a pleasant experience, while on the web it was without problems, on mobile I was not able to do everything I could on the web.

The Best Kiosk Time Tracking App I've Used

製品を使ってみた感想： It's the best I have worked with. It's easy to set up, user-friendly and has many options for all the different departments or types of workers.

All the different ways to track. I also like that I can change languages, and most of the reports are downloaded in the language you set up the system in.

改善してほしい点:

I want to be able to mark unpaid days off (such as suspensions or pre-scheduled unpaid days off) in the calendar, not only the paid ones. This way, when I download the report, I can see which days were regular absences and which were pre-programmed. Not all the reports are downloaded in the language you set up in the system, and not all the words are translated.

This is a versatile program that really lends itself well to any type of working situation. My small business currently uses Jibble for project time tracking and i have used it for overall employee time management and tracking too. It is very easy to use on mobile, pc or integrating it into another app. I have really loved that I can intergrade it into slack which helps streamline everything I need. You get alot with the free version and even more when you pay.

No screen shots every few minutes to track productivity. But to be honest, I base their productivity by KPI's and results... not being big brother.

The biggest benefit for our company is being able to effectively track employee hours submitted. With the geofencing capability, it allows us to ensure employees do not take advantage of clocking in away from the site. It also allows us to have the assurance that staff are actively on site and also manage leave

改善してほしい点:

Not much to not like about Jibble, the app and the User Interface is very reliable and easy to use. I think if Jibble would allow you to save custom generated reports, reports that we use every day/fortnight, or allow certain costumised reports to be emailed on a daily basis, then that would be something they can improve on.

its with the mobile app, it takes photos and i believe posts them down in the database. thats not right, i understand its for facial recognition but man we can use something like i dont know a facial recognition API from Apple or Google. listen i am a backend dev myself and i know this can be done.

The time tracking in Jibble is very easy and precise to understand even to a beginner. It has helped me in various ways to track the timings even when working in different time zones.

Mostly there are no cons to using Jibble, just one thing to mention even when I was working it clocked out twice at 12am midnight IST, but I wasn't aware of that. So, we should get a notification for the same, so that we can be mindful of our auto clock out.
