They were able to quickly assess our needs and were able to understand our particular requirements and tailor a solution for us. We had some very particular requirements in our layouts but the challenge was quite easily dealt with. They also use a simple portal for submitting requests and replies. This makes for easy tracking of communication when there are multiple people submitting requests and multiple developers submitting updates. Overall, the configurator proved to be quite adaptable and the team were quick to implement the requests put forward by our team.
