製品を使ってみた感想: 元々の業務をExcelで運用していたところがあり、顧客管理などをZohoへ移行したことで楽になった。
良いポイント:
サービス名にCRMと入っているだけに、顧客管理やリード管理などの基本機能はそこそこ使えると思う。但し、項目設定などにやや自由度が低い面があり、会社の業務にはまる機能と使えない機能が存在する。そこがやや残念だ。
改善してほしい点:
GUI画面の操作性を改善して欲しい。とにかく使いにくい。

製品を使ってみた感想: With Zoho CRM it is much faster to manage your customers, projects, and communications all in one reliable platform. Its implementation in our organization has increased our revenue geometrically.
良いポイント:
Zoho CRM offers a feature-rich platform to engage with your customers. You can manage contacts, send mass emails, notifications, manage inventory, implement an AI assistant, and even give your customers a mobile app to stay synced.
改善してほしい点:
The software can not be self-hosted on your private server.

製品を使ってみた感想: Initially, I thought there would be limitations or that certain tasks would be difficult to achieve. However, as I explored and became more familiar with the platform, I discovered that it offers a wide range of features and customizations, allowing me to accomplish much more than I initially expected.
良いポイント:
I like the most is how it is easy to learn to customize and integrate the requirements we need.
改善してほしい点:
I think there is nothing yet. But I think how I was easily intimidated by the platform in the initial phases.
Support is not there when they have a glitch!
製品を使ってみた感想: Zoho is great until something goes wrong, they caused the glitch and no one has ever offered a suitable solution. You spend all this money setting up the system to be left high and dry when they have an issue.
良いポイント:
Emails linked to the CRM which was all in one place.
改善してほしい点:
The support team leave you going around in circles. When you give and instruction they always come back with but can we help you. This is always the response leaving you with no answers or resolution. They take your money and do not refund or offer any compensation. You get ignored and basically sent to the beginning every time so you go away.

良いポイント:
Zoho CRM offers a lot of customization options allowing business to tailor it based on needs. This included extra fields, layouts, modules, and reports. It has a user-friendly interface that can be easily configured with easy accessibility to all information with simple clicks. It has good integration capabilities with other applications with free and paid add-ons. Cost is acceptable compared to other competitive software and has variety of options based on the level of functionalities needed.
改善してほしい点:
Some advanced features are not easy to implement and require certain knowledge and skills to be configured. Based on the license level, some customer support is not the best experience you look for in a cloud solution. Mobile app is missing some of the main features that are needed to have access to CRM information.
