I don't know how much customization was done for our institution. There are definitely some things that are specific to us. The customer support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever we have had questions or needed assistance. Their guidance has made the transition to the platform smooth and stress-free. One of the features we appreciate most is the time tracking. It has made it much easier to monitor employee hours, reduce errors, and simplify payroll processing. Overall, ADP Workforce has saved our administrative team valuable time while providing an easy-to-use solution for our staff. We found out they were archived, customer support told us we were too large of a company and we were filling up our storage. We have 1200 employees, I do not think for a company that is too large for ADP to handle, they've been around for many years and I have to believe there are other companies with a lot more employees. > > The value for money is fair for the size of our company - it's based on the number of employees. It's easy to use and we are able to find work arounds for our specific needs.
