TrueCoach wasn’t designed for that type of workflow, which made it harder to run a 100% online coaching business with a strong emphasis on behavior change.

I've never used an online platform for any of my training, but this made it easy for me to program for my clients' needs as well as keep them accountable.  They have an extensive library of exercise videos, but you can also add your own or grab a link with youtube etc.- simply amazing\!  On the client side of things, the feedback I got was "simple to use"; "love the video demonstrations"; "love checking in".  If my clients are happy, I'm happy\!

> **良いポイント**: I love the integration with Stripe. That feature alone sold me on the use of TrueCoach. Being able to take client payments and have the client manage their payment method saves me time and makes the onboarding process way less complicated.

> **改善点**: The client check boxes during the UE can be confusing. If a client completes a workout, I think it should be assumed that all the movements were done.
> 
> When I first started with TC I had an awesome onboard and first 6 months. When TC overhauled the user experience I contemplated leaving the software. I didn't think the update was clearly communicated and it caught myself and my coaching clients off guard. Since that major update, TC has communicated better and their support team has been very useful in helping me and my clients navigate some of their increased security features and also manually run sales reports for me during tax season. Those little support pieces go a long way with me.
