> **良いポイント**: That the product worked...up until it didn't. Shipping is something you just want to work - it shouldn't have to be too complicated.  They did that just fine, until there was a problem. Then everything went south.

> I had "auto funding" turned on maxing out at $100/day. I checked my bank balance last week and saw that thousands of dollars was auto drawn out of my bank and put onto shipstation. This drained my account, shut down all of my ads and brought my small business to a halt. This was a week ago. Since then they have said they "escalated" it to "urgent", however not a single person has called me or emailed me.  Every time I call in they say they have no update and that someone will call me. Still no calls. Things were fine with Shipstation until this happened.  When it comes to a partnership you know it's a good or bad one based on how they handle adversity, especially when it was caused by them. They have utterly failed and my business will likely shutdown or best case scenario I'll have to spend a lot of money trying to dig out of this hole.
