Reliable and cost effective platform

良いポイント:

I really like the way it keeps the sales sequences and automates them. Making sales pipelines is not a big task on Freshsales. I would say this is one of the best CRM platforms am using. Moreover, the synchronizing system of the calendar works amazingly, if I talk about the pricing of Freshsales it is cost-effective and affordable product.

改善してほしい点:

To be honest it is working perfectly, before some months I was having some issues with add-ons but after getting assistance from its customer support I resolved the issue easily, so yes now there are no cons to write here.

Freshsales. Fresh start.

製品を使ってみた感想: This was our company's first CRM. We still enjoy Freshsales, but often find quirks and areas for improvement that we sent to our representative. There have been advancements since we started with Fresh, but would love to know more insight on what's to come in the next year and three-year plan, so we can prepare and know how the system will improve over time.

Up front, nothing seems overcomplicated. It has the essentials we need to track business on the sales side. Those who tend to support tickets are quite helpful. Happy with the timely, honest support we receive!

改善してほしい点:

As with any system, there are areas of improvement, wishes for changes, and improvements we would love to see implemented. I wish there were more transparent check-ins telling us upcoming changes that are being worked on in the background. I also wish we were notified when updates were going to run so that could better prepare when "Blackout" periods are going to take place during the workday.

It has a great feature list. Right from adding contacts/leads to the platform, managing lead lifecycle through tasks and creating deals to incentivise the cycle, its a very easy to use platform.

改善してほしい点:

The pricing for Freshsales has to be revised as per Indian Geography. Also some basic features like Campaign Management for automated outreach is not present.

製品を使ってみた感想: I worked with builder.ai where in a lot of customers used to come in for applications which can be customised. Tracking such leads was done through freshsales. We were able to successfully get a lot of leads using this tool

Since the company I was working with was very much into building customer relationships, this product proved beneficial. Tracking customer records is the best part about it

It was very easy to implement. We setup email sequences quickly and starting automating sales tasks in just a few minutes.

The only issue I have had is I like to export our contacts and conduct my own reporting in Excel. It’s difficult to export contacts and you are limited to the amount of times you can export a day and you don’t have the ability to filter who is exported.

Easy Automation

The design and the usage of salesforce automation feature makes Freshsales the best as it has the simplest but most effective features that enables you to create, customize, modify, and monitor sales activities. Creating several marketing campaigns in a short time is also another best feature of Freshsales, the team can work on them and generate reports to high management and even it can give you a prediction of a campaign over a time line. Integration with other products on another hand is also very usable as we used it with other software which worked fine.

The version updates could be a headache for larger companies, migration could take a few months, customer support after sales should be much faster.

Deeply regret signing up for Freshsales

製品を使ってみた感想: I have never experienced customer service THIS bad before. Total and complete incompetence. We have been using Freshsales for about a year, and it's been nothing but glitchy and problematic. NOTHING is ever resolved, support tickets are left open for weeks, and their customer support team blames their issues on the customer instead of fixing the problem. Their customer support chat will fail mid-conversation, and then the whole chat history is lost. This has wasted HOURS of my valuable time and cost our business money. Freshworks' support team does not have any clue what they are talking about. In the rare chance you *can* get in touch with them, their "solutions" do not work, and when I show them how/why it doesn't work, they don't believe me. It is infuriating to have spent so much money and time on software that our business now relies on only for it to be a huge mistake.

Right now, their lack of customer service is canceling out any benefits Freshsales might have had.

When I started using Freshsales with my team, we get amazed with the simplicity of the CRM and the flexibility of features and options with each contact. Also, we enjoyed the integration with Freshdesk support and assistance platform.

The onboarding was a little bit long, it took around 3 days, even though we started with a few contacts by then. I hope they improve the onboarding time or change the methodology to enroll using Freshsales.

Missing things rivals do well

Things I think should be basic (or I used in Pipedrive) just don't exist or don't work in Freshsales.

What it has is pretty easy to use, and finally with the addition of timeline view, getting different views is good. Creating reports is not easy, although very powerful.

改善してほしい点:

Mail integration is pointless for me. If set to 'auto', all emails from a client appear on all of their deals, rather than having intelligent algorithms that are deal-specific. Also, no search function on email page immediately makes have email sync pointless for me. Sync is slow. I can add a deal, or a contact, but often won't appear in searches for a long time, so I can't start linking emails or creating new deals.

Great Product with the ability to manage your business

製品を使ってみた感想: Freshsales has been a blessing for our organization. I am sure if I was using it more frequently, I would not have any concerns. Most of my concerns or difficulties come from lack of use. I would encourage you to give Freshsales a try!

Everything about this CRM is easy to use. Customer Support has been exceptional! Zoom style support calls have been instrumental in the use of Freshsales. Customer Chat and support email chains are managed quite well and timely.

Perhaps I need more training however, I find certain fields difficult to create.

2 Weeks of Use and It Is OK....

Freshsales is a GREAT sales CRM for under $10M in revenue

製品を使ってみた感想: I have built startup sales teams, and I would have chosen this over all of the other startup-class CRMs out there. It may not last forever, but in my opinion it will last many until they are closing $10+ in annual revenue.

You can manage deals, deal stages, forecasting, and a lot more extremely well within this tool. It is surprisingly strong as a standard sales CRM and will meet most, if not all needs, for a small to mid-size company. It is a stronger offering that many that target this same segment.

改善してほしい点:

There is a lack of global integrations that make life easier, and as needs get more complex in reporting, deal structure, etc. Also, in the prospecting stages, it simply doesn't do well enough in tracking (which may again be an issue of integration, but is problematic). Leads are better tracked in another tool.

Easy to use product with tier 1 features

Easy to use product with user friendly UI and comprehensive feature package. Very good product for SME and big companies with affordable pricing plans inclusive of all necessary features for sales and inside sales team . Custom fields, pipeline customizations are some of the best features that make the product convenient to use.

Analytics feature needs improvement in terms of sync lag. Some product features seem relevant to retail / ecommerce businesses. We are into IT consulting services, some B2B features seem irrelevant or inadequate.

It's a great CRM!

I conclude with the fact that freshsales is ever changing and in my 6 months of usage I have seen anticipated improvements appear right before my eyes. It's perfect for users who are looking for a cost effective and flexible solution to customer relations. The kinks in its usage can be ironed out through support and further improvement of the software itself. It's a great CRM!

The BEST part about Freshale's is the endless capability for customizations and integrations. This allows users to create systems of follow up with multiple points of contact to the client. The new future to manage duplicates was a great addition. I also love the capability to attach documents to client files, really comes in handy.

改善してほしい点:

The system is relatively easy to understand however when it comes to usage I find it's very clunky. I can see how the open set up and free customization may overwhelm even experienced users. I would even say that, the coders and web designers at freshsales had more of an influence on this product then the relation management professionals. It sort of like a "Droid" cell phone. The technology in the phone is superior and far more advanced, yet users are not acclimated to the application of it. I would like to make two suggestions to address such. First, I'd like to point out that even though I'm bring this up in the 'con' section, I have NEVER had a problem with Freshsales support team. When in reference to the wieldiness of the software I think that Freshsales could benefit from a hand on approach and a thorough process in training the users. You see if the users understood Freshsales as much as you folks do I'm certain the above 'con' would be null. Second, in relation to the same 'con' described above I believe this can be solved more directly. What I mean by that is creating an internal prioritization based on recent actions, recent stage changes, number of exchanges, lengths of conversation and what ever variables you guys think that can measure and use as info to prioritize leads. Then possibly a dashboard view, displaying these prioritized leads as well as up coming tasks and appointments, metrics on call volume and possible targets or goals.

Easy On-boarding and setup, fast support.

製品を使ってみた感想: We are too big for no CRM, but not big enough to implement the HubSpot and Salesforce CRMs of the world. We tried those systems thinking we needed the features and analytics, but the spend and maintenance for those systems are too high. Freshsales, Freshchat, Freshmarketer, and Freshdesk make a seriously well priced and powerful system full of the features we need to produce the right results: a good relationship with customers. Freshworks' customer support is spot on. It seems no matter when I need help, they are less than a few minutes away from a solution. Freshchat is king! We've even deployed the same support structure on our website (Freshchat) and lead conversion has gone way up. It's nice to see a company have a product good enough to use themselves. I also like being able to achieve the same results for my customers as Freshworks has produced for me without major customizations.

I was able to easily onboard to this system from HubSpot and Salesforce. The features in this system just work. You expect something to operate in a certain way, and it just does. Mail and calendar integration is super easy and really responsive (I used both Office 365 and Google Integrations). I love email templates and sales campaigns, they make working with leads and customers so easy and are not tucked away in a corner. The UX is much better than other systems, which means my salespeople are more likely to use the CRM, which is a common problem among salespeople and CRM systems.

改善してほしい点:

Freshsales is right-sized for us. It lacks some of the major enterprise features of bigger CRMs; but you also don't have too many features right in the way. I'm not a huge fan of the field paging UI on leads, deals, accounts, and contacts. I get that it makes it so you can add as many fields as you want, but it's hard to navigate and organize my screen just the way I like it. I resorted to using the Edit screen though, even when I'm not necessarily editing and that works well enough. Definitely not a big deal compare to all the other awesome features.
