製品を使ってみた感想: SAP CPQ integrates perfectly and seamlessly within your SAP landscape and is quite robust and effective tool for producing quotes quickly and error free.

Customer Support has always tried to find a solution for my problems. Salesforce integration and the use of word and excel templates is great. It can be created in word/excel and can be uploaded as is with a great preview feature.
改善してほしい点:
Some objects are not customizable. Like Price books are set to have two money fields only List price and cost and also the Existing quotes chart, we would like to add product info to one of the columns. The Deployment feature from Sandbox to Production is not super user friendly. The Reporting feature is very limited, we would like to create reports for user basis, product basis, and on parts that were quoted too. Salesforce integration has limitations also. We want all users to go through salesforce so it causes issues when Quotes cannot be retrieved.

Web Accessibility! Our "Outside" people don't have to VPN to access CPQ and can provide customer quotes "real-time"

Initial implementation was difficult (Not Callidus' fault, ours) we have too many different ways to apply discounts and have too many different price lists and rules for different customers. CPQ was able to capture all of these, but required more time "up front" to get it right.

It is usually dependable and does not require a lot of maintenance. The admin side is fairly intuitive and support is adequate.
改善してほしい点:
User that use the system daily complain that the software is too slow. On the admin side it takes about an hour to load/update all our parts so this is slow also.
Excellent CPQ product which can be used in by Industril Manufacturing companies

I have seen good results from quoting consumer hardware with this tool.

Seems to be tailored to B2C from the demos and results I have seen. Customization could be improved.
