Marketing material false - the system does not work well for certain indusries. Support and customer management is non-existant. > > Just 6 months in with eposnow and a very rocky start, eposnow have increased their payment processing fees for credit cards by 68% with the only justification being that this is allowed according to the contract. Competitive fees were used to make a sale - and many promises were made that the system is tailored for use in my industry - I run a busy restaurant. The system fails in many ways for the industry being tailored to a retail point of sale "payment at purchase" model - and every time I have raised a deficiency in the system for my industry I am simply told "that is the way it works" and that I can make a request for change. After 38 days I am still having to fight to try and get someone, anyone in eposnow to discuss this with me and help me find a solution. To date, I have not been able to speak to anyone.
