The case was escalated internally and then closed as “final,” with no reconsideration possible. While I understand companies have policies, this experience felt particularly rigid given: •The extremely short timeframe (2 days) •The lack of actual product use •The reality that Semrush is heavily marketed to small business owners, despite having a very steep learning curve This platform may work well for experienced SEO professionals or teams, but in my experience it is not beginner-friendly and not forgiving to solo business owners who quickly realize it’s not the right fit.
