良いポイント:

管理側、クライアント側とも、インストールが簡易に完結する。管理側は、インストール直後の状態ですでに監視と保護が開始している。

改善してほしい点:

管理画面へのログインに時間がかかる。たとえば簡易表示画面、といったＵＸがあると尚よい。

導入後のアカウント管理業務負担が軽くなるセキュリティソフト

良いポイント:

Webコンソールからすべてのアカウントが管理することができ、ESET Endpoint Protection以外のセキュリティソフトについても一元管理ができる。複数の管理コンソールを使用しなければならなかったり、購入タイミングの違いから一元管理ができないといったことがないため、その点に関する管理コストを低減することができる。

改善してほしい点:

基本的には製品の性能に満足している。1点のみ製品アップデートについて、非常に分かりやすく更新の手順やリンクなどもメールで通知いただいていたものの、特定のverからのアップデートについては自動での対応が難しいため、通知いただいた内容に基づきユーザー側にて更新作業を要した点。

総合してとても良いソフトウェアだと思います

良いポイント:

アンチウィルス、ファイアウォールといった搭載している基本機能については、とても少ないリソース量で軽快に動作する。このソフトが原因で不安定になったことは導入以後記憶に残っていない。

改善してほしい点:

デフォルトのファイアウォールの設定が、外部発信の通信を遮断してしまうため、ソフトウェア開発中の確認作業で他の pc へアクセスする必要が生じた際に一時的に無効化するのが少々面倒ではある。

入れておけば安心のセキュリティソフト

良いポイント:

セキュリティに対しての安心感です。以前セキュリティ事故があった際、こちらのソフトを入れていたサーバ、クライアントは感染を防ぐことができました。

改善してほしい点:

良くも悪くもバージョンが変わることでしょうか。Windowsの仕様が変わることでよくバージョンアップ作業をする必要があります。（自動アップデート機能も適用されないことがある）

軽くて割と安め

良いポイント:

ウイルス対策ソフトの中では結構軽くて、他のソフトウェアの動作にあまり影響を与えないところです。

改善してほしい点:

最近Chromeを起動すると、esetの保護機能で何故かブラウザの縁が勝手に緑色になってしまう点。

セキュリティーソフトは多く存在するが、比較的に軽い部類だと思う

管理ツールも導入しているため特に不満はない。

時々ネットのつながりが悪くなる時がありました。何かが干渉してしまってるんだと思います。

会社のセキュリティソフト

良いポイント:

会社で一括管理されているセキュリティソフトです。良くも悪くも普通のセキュリティソフトだと思います。特に重いという事もなく正常に動作してくれていると思います。

改善してほしい点:

価格がやはり高いのでd個までのネットワークを築くのかによって判断が必要かと思います。

製品を使ってみた感想： Features like vulnerability remediation, next-gen antivirus, browser security, remote desktop management, endpoint security and Identity and access management are quite beneficial to me. Great job.

良いポイント:

For many years, we had been looking for a solution that integrates seamlessly with existing infrastructure and offer robust threat detection capabilities. A friend introduced me to ESET and my problem was solved. We have tested and implemented this cyber security software for years and it is excellent. Comes with AI powered insights and customizable dashboard.

改善してほしい点:

The only challenge I have seen is that new users may find it challenging to get accustomed to all the features which should improve with time.

Eset endpoint is a one stop shop product.

製品を使ってみた感想： Have not had any major threats on equipment using this product. When there are threats to be concerned with, the alerting and ways of dealing with it are straight forward to a quick resolution.

Scalability. Portal is easy to navigate and a lot of good information and reports at my fingertips.

Initial setup was a little bit confusing but once all setup it's pretty much hands off.

Great Overall Endpoint Protection

製品を使ってみた感想： Very good product, easy to setup and maintain. Online portal easy to use and well layed out. Most of our users are on thin clients and have profiles on the server. So very important for us to be able to catch stuff in real time but at the same time not have our system slowed to a crawl since everyone is technically using same processor and Ram power. Email security on our Exchange server also catches things weekly. Also get emails for tons of useful webinars to help us further the fight against malware.

Very easy to setup and maintain. The online portal allows you to remove old devices very efficiently so you do not overuse licenses.

We like everything about ESET as it does not slow the system down like previous endpoint product we used.

Improved but still missing some features compared with others

製品を使ってみた感想： It is an excellent option for companies with other security solutions for correlating security info (something like SIEM or MDR services) mainly for the excellent price-feature relation.

Easy to use and implement, in the last two years it has been improved a lot, making it more suitable for enterprise use.

It still lacks some features that other competitors have, like complete integration with other security solutions like firewalls, network security devices, etc.

製品を使ってみた感想： Antivirus software is non-negotiable, so anything that makes it easier to manage across a network is welcome. Having used Bit Defender and Sophos in the past, ESET Endpoint Security compares well. In terms of detection and security, they all tend to perform similarly, so the choice comes down to manageability - ESET works well in this respect.

良いポイント:

ESET Endpoint Security is a full-featured cloud-based security suite that monitors my Windows endpoints in real-time, allowing me to monitor them all remotely, wherever they are in the world. I like being able to control, update, reboot and monitor them from the comfort of my desk.

改善してほしい点:

Because it's so feature-rich, ESET Endpoint Security can be quite an involved deployment. Distributing the agent and applications to my endpoints using Active Directory was fairly tricky but once set up just works.

良いポイント:

This sortware detects and protect malware from entering the sensitive data system of our company. It is worth the money we spend since its detection process and protection proceess is very sensitive. It can analyse suspicious data and delete malware without affecting the rest. The best part is it can restore the device to the state before it was infected.

A powerful RAM is needed for using this product since it slows down the device's performance.

製品を使ってみた感想： ESET provides reliable security against different threats, so you don't have to install different programs to enjoy maximum security. It is relatively easy to set up for someone with basic skills but a beginner might need help. You can adjust the settings from a central point based on the common threats and the security you need.

I like ESET because it provides a central control panel that ensures we have standard security across all computers. The IT team can easily make adjustments or upgrades conveniently from a central console. ESET works in the background without unnecessary popups and does not slow down the computer. It also provides wholistic protection against virus, malware, phishing, ransomware and similar threats.

改善してほしい点:

Its control and customization features make requires some skills and experience. Beginners need guidance to optimize the settings and the results. There is nothing else I don't like about ESET.
