TabulaPro's niche is that they will customize the product to fit the needs of each facility. While this process made implementation longer than usual, the end product far surpasses the one-size-fits-all methodology other, similar software uses. For example, there were a couple minor things we missed from our previous EHR, so the team at TabulaPro added that functionality in to their product for us. Additionally, their customer service throughout the process from the beginning has been outstanding; this is not a company that will leave you high and dry when problems occur. Most of the program is very organized and the calendar on the main dashboard very helpful to keep everyone organized who uses the program within the company. Integrating all our existing residents into Tabual Pro was done manual, but that was mostly because the previous EMar did not export. > > **改善点**: The only complaint, is that the reports will only generate in PDF form. I have talked to the developers about getting an option for .xls or .doc, so the information can be manipulated into lists easier, but we work with what we have. > > We mostly use Tabula Pro for the residents in our building. There is a potential to use the staffing capabilities more which include tracking trainings, schedules and certifications.
