> **良いポイント**: As a system engineer, I use any desk for my daily task operation. When I need to troubleshoot our customer's issues with remotely, I used anydesk. It is very useful and helpful, easy to use, light weight, Simple GUI, I can change anydesk user name and crate password. The most i like feature is I can control and monitor with my Phone and I don't need to install to use this software.

> **良いポイント**: I use AnyDesk at work mostly for helping coworkers when they get stuck or when I need to access my work PC from home. The best thing for me is how fast it connects. Even when the network is not great, the screen doesn’t lag too much and I can still control the other computer smoothly. The setup is simple, I just send the code and they’re in. &#10;File transfer is quick too, so I don’t have to email stuff back and forth. It’s lightweight and doesn’t slow down the system like some other remote tools I used before.

> **改善点**: Sometimes the connection drops randomly and I have to reconnect again, which gets annoying when I’m in the middle of fixing something. The mobile app works but it’s not very comfortable to control a full desktop from a phone. Also the interface looks a bit old and could be cleaner. &#10;A few times the audio forwarding didn’t work right, so I had to restart the session. Not huge problems but small things that slow me down during busy days.

> Overall it’s been pretty solid for remote access and quick support tasks at work. I use it to help coworkers with software issues or to grab files from my office PC when I’m working from home. It saves me time because I don’t have to walk to someone’s desk or wait for them to explain the issue. &#10;There are small bugs here and there, but nothing that stops me from doing my job. For daily remote support it’s reliable enough and easy for non‑tech people to use.
