タブレットやスマートホンアプリとしては軽く使用しやすい管理ツールです。シンプルかつ見やすい事もあり分かりやすい。ヘルプ機能もあるのでわからない時にもすぐ解決が出来る。

改善してほしい点:

タブレットやスマートホンの基本カレンダーに連携ができればもっと便利でアラームとして活用できるのではないだろうか。今後のアップデートに期待したい。

スケジュール管理に便利

良いポイント:

ミーティング事にすぐに開けて議事を残せたり進行する事が出来て利用しやすくスマートです。パソコン上でも表示ができるので便利かもしれません。

改善してほしい点:

アイコンやデザインが可愛らしく画像など添付できたらなお良いかもしれませんね。今後に期待したいです。

製品を使ってみた感想： シンプルで使いやすいのでこれからも使い続けたいと思う。Androidユーザーなので、もしグーグルアシスタントと連携して、音声でタスクが追加できたらいいなと思っている

良いポイント:

シンプルで直感的に使用できる。プロジェクトでタスクを管理し、プライベートも仕事も一緒に管理ができ、まさに生活を管理しているのに良いツールです。タスクを更に小タスクに砕けられ、一件一件細かい時間で実行することが簡単になる。全然無料版でも十分ですが、有料でも使いたいと思うほどです。ただ、価格についてですが、個人的に月に200円~300円ぐらいは妥当だと思うので、今の価格なら無料版で続けたいと思う。

改善してほしい点:

時間の識別についてですが、例えば「月曜日までに支払いする」とタスクを作ったら、月曜日が識別されて、月曜日に「までに支払いする」というタスクが作られるのが改善して欲しい。また、いついつまでにというタスクは、デッドラインが迫ってくるにつれて優先度を自動的に上げる機能があれば嬉しい

I always have a mental checklist of to-dos in my mind but other than a chaotic notes, app haven't found anything to work as a useful, simple, and seamless checklist like Todoist. It helps me lay everything out to see what I need to get done and at what priority level to work efficiently.

The only thing is I wished they integrated with my Notion calendar!

One thing I enjoyed thoroughly was the interface and the choice of colors, both for the overall theme and individual customisation.

There is a lack of seamlessness. Things feel labored and clunky, especially given the labored way in which to-do aspects and productivity and calendar aspects do not blend in a user friendly manner.

An excellent todo board

Todoist does everything I want. It is very easy to add new tasks with the correct information thanks to text shortcuts you can put while typing the title, setting the date, project, tags, priority all in one go. The interface is very clear and displays everything nicely, and you can use different display formats depending on what is more adequate for the project. The mobile app is very good as well. You can use smart queries to filter tasks, which is very useful for me as I have specific scenarios which wouldn't work with preset filters. The pro version is quite cheap considering how much I use it. There's a feature bridging emails to tasks, that I use a lot to sort out incoming email.

改善してほしい点:

The website can become a bit unresponsive when applying operations to multiple (20-30) tasks. Sometimes when typing too fast I end up creating new projects or tags, that I have to go delete.

Easy to sign up and just as easy to get your todo list going and on track within minutes. Excellent and intuitive layout made it almost 2nd nature to know how to get into action and start making a difference in my normally cluttered and convoluted life.

Good To-Do App but Not For Me

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall, this is a good app if you want to be organized with your tasks and work. This is simply not for me because I want something a little bit more simpler. However, this will be perfect for someone who likes using notion on the computer but not on their phone.

I like how customizable that interface is, it's nice to change everything the way you want it. I also like how I'm able to connect it with my Google calendar.

I don't like making tasks on the app, it feels a bit too much. For example when I make a task with a date and time, it feels like I'm adding a hashtag instead of a label. I would prefer it being a small label underneath like how it is when you check it in upcoming tasks.

製品を使ってみた感想： I use Todoist in conjunction with the Getting Things Done: The Art of Stress-free Productivity book by David Allen. The whole concept is that if you have a system set up that you can trust, you can add your tasks and remove them from your brain so it can relax and focus on more meaningful tasks than remembering to do the laundry when you get home. Then, if you find you have 10 free minutes and you've set up your tasks according to this system, you can knock out your calls or the like with a quick search to pull all similar tasks into one screen.

This is a great program to help you get your life organized. It allows you to attach tasks to projects, add subtasks, schedule and color code tasks, add tags, etc., which then allows you to search by different details and best utilize your time. It's easy to reschedule things, if you don't get them done, and it is seamless to use between mobile and desktop platforms. There are so many ways to slice and dice your list items (if you set them up that way) that it's really easy to utilize Todoist in a variety of ways or to adjust your system if it needs to change over time.

Some of the tasks are a little clunky to do on your phone, mostly because it's smaller and touch related. You can be more precise with a mouse and see more options on the desktop. I wish there were more contrasting colors to choose from, but they do give you over 10 options, so that's just me being picky. Mostly no complaints.

製品を使ってみた感想： My go to productivity software for approximately 4 years. Couldn't live without it at this point — flexes to aiding productivity at work, alongside helping keep track of errands and things to do in my personal life. The fantastic pop noise when you complete a task is icing on the cake.
