As part of my new regular routine, I upload documents and update the board books close to the time of the meeting so that directors can find the information they need both prior to and during each meeting.

> **改善点**: Although certain aspects of the interface are somewhat antiquated and some of the features such as Search etc, take a bit of time to get used to. And there is an occasional lag during peak times of the day when I’m trying to push through rapid fire updates.

> As I've started “not flipping through the organized piles of board materials” in preparation for my meetings, using Diligent Board but one secure repository to manage everything has been a game changer for me. Diligent Boards certainly helped make my board process more consistent and therefore predictable and easier to administer.

With using multiple email attachments for each document; I like the fact that I am able to create an entire board meeting package in one central location and then simply drag and drop documents as needed. This has made it much simpler for the board members to be able to access what they need prior to discussing.

> **改善点**: Even though the platform is extremely feature rich, in my opinion the UI looks a bit excessive when you are trying to find a setting or document for the first time. Also, there has been a lot of lag while uploading large financial PDF's or when I need to update the board book in quick succession before the meeting.

> The platform solves the problem of maintaining accurate versions of our board materials including but limited to our voting history, meeting schedule and minutes. By reducing my administrative time spent on manually coordinating tasks, this platform has greatly reduced the time spent on these functions. The platform allows all of us to remain on the same page, because we are never viewing outdated information.
