There's also the part where there isn't much guidance or walk-throughs. The software can become very tedious at times, and finding ways to generate reports can also get challenging. There's also the cost; the value for its money is quite steep if you're a small organization; however, if you are a large organization, you can allocate someone, and the customer support would be more than happy to help you.
