Zoho Vault is as good or better than LastPass for a quarter of the price. I use it for my business and personally. Have it on a desktop, laptop, Chromebook and 2 phones. You can file attachments (e.g., you can file a scanned copy of your bank code sheet together with your bank credentials). You can use you password vault on any device through an Internet browser, or use the dedicated mobile applications (which, however, requires you to be online). Password synchronisation across devices occurs in real time. You can define your own templates for different password, credential and document types.
