A great tool for better team management

製品を使ってみた感想: Motivosity has helped our organization in many ways. It has helped improve the company's culture. It also helps in employee recognition and acts as a reward solution.

良いポイント:

It is a good tool to keep the employees or the team members connected. Motivosity does this in a unique and engaging way. Meeting scheduling, task management can be performed by this tool very easily and efficiently. Its pricing is also competitive with other players in the market.

改善してほしい点:

Customer support can be improved a bit. Also, uploading videos can be a bit difficult. Otherwise, it is a good software.

I like the fact you can select individuals reward them for there efforts and make the results live internally so others can see employees Reward and Recognition!

改善してほしい点:

The interface feels dated and needs a 'face lift'. It is easy very easy to use though!

I suddenly have to type my password and receive a verification text each time I log in now. It used to only require my email. Not a huge deal, but definitely takes longer to log in.

A great engagement tool!

製品を使ってみた感想: Overall, it has been a very positive experience. Ease of setup and use. The API took a bit to get set up with ADP but once that was done it worked perfectly. I don't have to manually upload a file very day.

良いポイント:

I love how our teams can give a shout out to one of their team members, their managers, another store or anyone who has set up their Motivosity account! It has really engaged our teams for the better. We even post when a person or team get a shout out from a customer. I know they like seeing their names on those posts!

改善してほしい点:

Not that we didn't like it we just didn't use the manager development. We decided to use a different tool. We decided also not to renew Employee Insights and the main reason is ADP has rolled out their survey, pulse tool. They are working on making so we can text the surveys out to our teams. Billing was an issue as you have to pay for a whole year in advance. No option for monthly billing.

I Wish We Could Have Kept Motivosity

製品を使ってみた感想: Overall - I LOVE the product - the customer support was very good and it was so easy to use and implement. And the regular staff really enjoyed it.

良いポイント:

It was great to have a recognition program for the regular staff to see the workers be rewarded and not just the senior staff get bonuses. It was easy to use - the insights were really helpful - but senior management just didn't see the value.

改善してほしい点:

For us being in Canada - the cost was just too high - as it always comes down to money - that's why senior management decided to not renew. And we also lost the ability to use the ThanksMatters Card which sucked.

Great reward system

製品を使ってみた感想: I'm enjoying using the product myself by giving recognition and scrolling through the feed to see all the great things happening across the company. I love when people include images and GIFs in their recognitions.

良いポイント:

I like to see employees recognizing other employees at all levels. We also have created badges to award to employees for a number of accomplishments, even for completing certain training courses and earning designations.

改善してほしい点:

For a larger company, the amount of dollars that can be allocated to each employee may be restrictive. This has the potential to lead employees to not send out more appreciations than they have dollars to spend; however, training and communication can help the employee base understand that they can shout someone out without giving a dollar.

It was easy to use, fun and positive. When used properly it drove employee engagement

改善してほしい点:

There were quite of few of bugs and many instances of employees being locked out. It was not easy to set up for the front line employee. Also was not long term sustainable as most employees only cared about the monetary rewards.

製品を使ってみた感想: Our employees use the peer-to-peer and the manager-to-peer recognition daily to call out the great things their teams are doing. We also use it for awards for wellness challenges and various competitions we do to promote employee engagement. It is easy to use and the support I've received when we've had issues has been very quick.

Love the peer-to-peer recognition. Our employees use it daily!

改善してほしい点:

Cost - all the features are great so the only thing I can think for improvement would be to lower the cost.

Pros and Cons regarding Appreciations and Reports in Motivosity.

良いポイント:

I like the way I can thank someone for their outstanding job, also is nice to see my colleagues feel appreciated when they receive appreciation. It is even better when someone else comments in the same post that they agree with you and also sends their appreciation to that person.

改善してほしい点:

As an admin user also, sometimes it's hard for me to find the reports I need. Maybe it's my lack of time due to my job to go over the site, but it takes me a while to find the reports I'm looking for. Fortunately, you can select the report as a favorite once you find it.

製品を使ってみた感想: I love being able to acknowledge all employees within the company, whether it's by giving them a verbal kudo for all other employees to see and/or by giving them a little spiff bonus to show that we appreciate their efforts!

I love the peer-to-peer acknowledgement and it allows upper management to be able to give kudos to those they may not see on a regular basis!

I can't say that I've experience any negative situations from using Motivosity!

製品を使ってみた感想: Overall a positive relationship and I love selling the system to new candidates. It does improve our culture a bit. I wish we could find a way to have it make a bigger difference.

良いポイント:

I appreciate that it encourages staff to complement each other. While that happens organically, I do believe this helps encourage more of the peer-to-peer feedback. We all want to know we are doing a great job, and every positive comment is important. It definitely helps our culture stay a bit more positive.

改善してほしい点:

It is not a perfect system, but it does help. I think the eNPS survey is stupid and it should be replaced by a better system. The questions are awful and the scoring is worse. How is someone who rates your company a 7 or an 8 a passive score? We altered the questions to the Gallup Q12 employee engagement questions. We have seen some very mild favor trading with money. (Employees trading direct money for benefit.) Which we put a stop to. A prevention system built in would be nice.

Great Employee recognition platform

製品を使ってみた感想: Our employees and managers love how easy it is to recognize and reward each other tangibly. The support team is amazing as well! I've needed to access old data or make adjustments that I didn't know how to do and they have always responded within the same day and helped resolve my issue quickly and kindly. There are great additional options for the platform that we have trialed as well and while they weren't exactly what our whole team needed, they were incredibly valuable to some of our managers and help create a really well-rounded solution for employee recognition and management.

良いポイント:

It's a simple and fun way for our team to recognize each other's contributions. There are a ton of ways employees can redeem their points (so easy to redeem as well). The public nature of the recognition is great too because it allows for other team members to chime in and agree.

I don't have any cons when I think about how we use the platform

For users it's user friendly and easy to navigate

For admins its not as intuitive. I have had to use the help center a lot to figure out how to use the platform. I'm sure the support people are short staffed, but anytime I have had to reach out, the response time is slow. I try my best to just figure out my issue on my own as opposed to reaching out for help.
