This feature is fully customizable and offers automatic workflow, so once you set it up, your work is essentially done with invoicing. I love that I am able to create flat plans for layouts, which makes production faster. I can automatically create and email contracts and invoices, send out reminders for artwork. I can also see who my sales reps will be meeting and when as well as the outcomes and they no longer need to ask me about contracts, invoices or if an ad is in as they can find out for themselves within Runmags. Runmags has been a game changer for my business. There is a slight learning curve as with everything, but I was given a complete walk through. If there are any hiccups the team is on it right away as if they are part of my team.
