> **改善点**: Customer support knowledge is spotty, and this is dangerous - esp. when an agent recommends a card that won't actually be redeemable by the customers in your survey. This problem escalates quickly because Tango's customer success team will take 2-3 days to respond to your panicked outreach, and there is no way to have a conversation about a remediation plan. You submit a ticket, someone responds in 2-3 days, and if their response is incomplete and you ask a clarifying or followup question, you will wait another 1-2 days for that response.

> I love what this company promises, but they don't deliver. The lack of immediacy for customer support issues - as well as the lack of knowledge on their customer support team - is a no for me.
