製品を使ってみた感想： Lucid has been a pleasure to work with, they incorporate the latest features and are constantly improving the product. They also provide excellent support with great resources and excellent training for the products.

良いポイント:

I like the ease of building flows and drawings. All the tools are readily available and visible and intuitive to work. I especially love the templates and the breadth of areas they cover.

改善してほしい点:

It takes users a little bit of time to become proficient with the interface as most are coming from tools like Power Point and are not used to moving the canvas along with moving objects. Once this is overcome the tool is a breeze to use.

Very useful chart creation tool

製品を使ってみた感想： Overall very pleased, I only use it when for very specific purposes but when I do find a suitable task, Lucidchart is the way to go.

The ability to create very visually interesting and useful charts to convey ideas and present decision trees. It is far easier for the specific goal of flow charts and decision trees, especially compared to powerpoint which I previously used. Also easy to export diagrams to PDF or as images

改善してほしい点:

The control isnt always very intuitive, like I wish there was a style method to make the entire chart or diagram in a consistent design. Or maybe enforcing a grid structure if desired. Sometimes rigidity could be good. This may have existed but I did not see it intuitively.

良いポイント:

It is available for free to use for students and it offers very creative ways to visualise and help mr as a researcher to organize my ideas in a meaningful way and identify gaps and bottlenecks

one area that I think could be improved is the user interface because at some times it feels cluttered and overwhelming. Simplifying the layout and making key features more accessible could enhance the overall user experience. Also, i have noticed that the performance can slow down with larger or more complex diagrams, which can be a bit frustrating and impact productivity.

Build Processes the Lucid Way

製品を使ってみた感想： Wonderful experience using this tool to build my process flows faster and easily with simplistic structures for my manufacturing processes and standardize them across orgs.

The easy but advanced level of functionality compared to MSFT Excel which helps me create my process flows in a more enhancing manner which are easy to understand for my users.

Some times the templates are too confusing and have a hard time formatting them in the manner I want.

良いポイント:

A fantastic website which allows you to use different functions to create various documents and diagrams. I have created multiple documents such as Strategy alignment chart and it didn't take long at all to do it.

改善してほしい点:

This does have a limit of 3 live documents per free user. Increasing will certainly bring more people to use this.

Lucid chart My Experience

製品を使ってみた感想： My personal experience was neutral as it fulfilled my use even with the existence of a paywall.

The primary thing I loved about lucid chart was the drag and drop as well as the variety of diagram options essential for creating various diagrams during the planning stages before developing a software.

The primary con is that if you want to store numerous files it is blocked by a paywall which hampers the experience of certain users.

i like you can upload an staff list into the system and it will create the org chart. I also love the drag& drop as it makes life easier when creating floor plans

nothing really, I like the product it does everything we need at a fraction of the cost compared to visio.

Lucidchart is a powerful tool but more for Enterprise

製品を使ってみた感想： Lucidchart is a fantastic tool with a lot of power but I would recommend doing an analysis to understand what you really need. If you are an agile business I would say Miro has recently toppled Lucidchart on many fronts.

Arguably the most powerful feature in Lucidchart is the library of pre-built templates. As a young startup, often we struggled to conceptualise how best to map out a diagram or build a BPM. The lucidchart library made this much easier to search through the library and choose pre built templates which could be edited to suit our needs. The export to PDF was also important and valuable as we often downloaded charts for reports.

改善してほしい点:

Lucidchart is the leader but I feel like tools such as Miro have really taken over int terms of UX/UI. We used to all use Lucidchart but rather quickly, our team switched to Miro and started using that and very quickly this became the norm. Lucid doesn't have a desktop version which is a real blocker for a team in the tool all the time. Lucid also doesn't have a community driven library so all the templates are built in house.

製品を使ってみた感想： Fantastic! I cannot recommend enough. I was introduced to it through LEAN training and man oh man has it changed the way I do things. When processes get bogged down, I go to Lucidchart and map them out. This allows me to track wasted effort make small improvements with my team -- and the process map is its own road map!

Lucidchart is an incredibly valuable tool for productivity and efficiency -- without sacrificing the human element. We use process maps a TON in my org, and Lucidchart makes it so simple!

There's a small (and I mean really small) learning curve to figure out how everything is supposed to work, but it's pretty straight forward and their tutorials are great.

製品を使ってみた感想： We are using Lucidchart to create diagrams like flowcharts that help us plan for our projects. It makes it easy to come up with stunning diagrams that offers exceptional designs. The overall experience with Lucidchart has been what we anticipated for, very simple yet very effective.

Lucidchart comes with flowchart templates that guided us on how to draw effective flowcharts. There is no coding instead it is dragging and dropping shapes which makes diagramming very easy. The collaboration tools makes is possible for us to work together on the same diagramming tasks.

The experience with Lucidchart has always been on the right side. Nothing negative to comment about.

Great process mapping tool

The ease of digitalizing all of the processes is just awesome. When I discovered this tool I was really impress how easy it is. I had some basic knowledge of UML and BPMN so it was clear to me what type of block to use when and why. It allows me to create really robust process maps, that's my main use case for that. Since I learned how to use it, every time I talk to with somebody about any kind of process we start to map it there, just to see how it looks and visually look for some errors and things that can be done better.

改善してほしい点:

The free version in my opinion is just not enough to really get your hand on this software. You got just 3 documents with 60 shapes, if you're a person who is really detailed, that amount can be used really quickly not making you see the value in it.

製品を使ってみた感想： We’ve had a subscription for ~3 years. We’re happy with the functionality. Given that we do a lot of work with external collaborators, the process of asking a collaborator to create an account, log-in, etc. just to view a Lucidchart with us is tiresome. Lucid’s other (very similar) software, Lucidspark has this feature. Please bring it over.

User interface and functionality are amazing for a web app. It honestly feels like you are using OmniChart, OmniGraffle, or other traditional computer app. It’s hard to believe Lucid is operating wholly in a web browser.

The inability to create a shared link for a non-Lucid user to access is really bothersome. This functionality is present in Lucidspark - the “brainstorming” companion to Lucidchart. But not in the latter. I’ve recommended adding this feature to Lucidchart. It feels like a no-brainer.Also, it’s not inexpensive. Would love to see the cost lowered so that I could afford to purchase licenses for some of my external collaborators.

Lucidchart is a great product for workflow mapping, brainstorming, and any other visual requirements for an organization. The collaboration and ability to visually work together on projects helps organizations take their business to the next level.

Lucidchart sometimes feels a bit "clunky" and has an older feeling than other products like Miro. Sometimes I felt limited by the way the shapes are able to be edited and there are issues with requiring guest users to create accounts... slowing down the process to collaborate with clients.
