> **良いポイント**: It's quite easy to use and integrate with BigCommerce. They also have a lot of great features such as points for following on social media, writing reviews, referring friends, etc in addition to points for purchase. They also have a great email platform that sends our emails to customers when they sign up, when they have enough points to redeem a voucher, as well as a monthly reminder to use their points.

> **改善点**: I would like to see an updated user interface. It's showing it's age. I would also like the ability for customers to automatically use their points during checkout (I believe this is available for Shopify but not BigCommerce, which we use).

> Overall I've been happy with Loyalty Lion. For the price compared to other solutions out there, it can't be beat. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a loyalty program for their store.

> **改善点**: We used their money on the 1st day for a small profit, after that I would get 0 to 40 to optimize, you are required to optimize 2 sets each day. by the 4th day, they asked me to invest $1000, then by day 3 I had to pay 700 dollars to complete the 2nd set of optimization. then on the 4th day, they wanted me to give them $1800 to optimize my 2nd set. that's when I knew they had scammed me

> horrible they helped me to convert money from USD to Bitcoin but ended owing them 1800 dollars by the 5 day
