A great tool for employee recognition
製品を使ってみた感想: Awardco has eased the work of tracking progress, and accomplishments of each and every employee, thus giving due recognition to them, by awarding them accordingly. It helps increase efficiency of both the employees and the management, thereby reducing time and effort in manually monitoring all this.
良いポイント:
I find this tool to be highly useful for properly recognizing the progress and accomplishments of employees. All this work can be traced and done automatically by using Awardco. Employees and other staff members can be awarded points as per their performance and achievements, which they can actually use. It's functionality is super-easy, and user interface is highly interactive.
改善してほしい点:
Pricing of the product is a bit on the higher side, as compared to its competitors. Otherwise, it is a good tool for use.

製品を使ってみた感想: Excellent experience! I really appreciate that the system is available for use and encourage people to use it regularly.
良いポイント:
Options to select an item after receiving an award. Options to reward others. Options to purchase up on items of interest if the $ award given doesn't meet the purchase price of something of interest. Options to create your own gift card amount Options for egift cards because there is a lot of fraud with actual gift cards in stores now.
改善してほしい点:
not used enough by the team. The more everyone on the team and supervisors use this system, the more positive the culture will be.
Don't Bother
製品を使ってみた感想: I don't know how the creator of this convinced any reasonable leader to sign on unless that leader is getting a kickback from purchases.
良いポイント:
Unless you are a lazy manager who "has to do something" for employee recognition, this concept is insulting to intelligence and to the value of the people who actually generate a company's income.
改善してほしい点:
This is niche nickel and diming. "Let's offer gift cards on a website, and charge fees!" Are "leaders" really that unmotivated and indifferent towards their workers?

The best recognition program around
製品を使ってみた感想: I really enjoy this product. It is easy to use. And it lets you decide who gets recognized.
良いポイント:
I love that I can recognize people that I think should be recognized. A lot of people don't get the recognition they deserve. This platform resolves that problem. It allows everyone to feel more valued.
改善してほしい点:
That it doesn't always have the products that I am look at on amazon. But even that isn't too big of a deal since you can get a digital amazon gift card if needed.

The points/awards provide incentive to and from fellow associates. To step up to the plate and both help others and reward others for appreciation
改善してほしい点:
Wish OUR COMPANY would also include time off incentives, even small amounts, as did our previous award company several years back
