> We starting point for this improvement was a 90% spot buy and excel based system and converted to a catalog based partially automated system to be achieved with the roll out including over 90% of all our suppliers to be enrolled and ready for go live. With the outstanding help and support of XEEVA during the training face and supporting operations during the go-live activities we could reduce our supplier base by more then 70%, streamline order process with min/max. levels find ample solutions for synergies at the product and supplier areas. More effective and reports and weekly spending controls could be put in place, accountability at the user level increased, precise spending control was made possible in value and in timing(inventory levels). The XEEVA reporting variety be area, product, department and in real time allows effective and efficient decision making and anytime in all areas. Easy and effective software which generates returns from the first day of its implementation.

> We launched Xeeva and the work becomes easier, the reports are available anytime and process an RFQ or PO is really fast. Is a very friendly platform in general the users feel comfortable using it. 
We can have more control over the suppliers and the user requirements. Highly recommended

> **良いポイント**: Software was not expensive as usually they are cost effective. The implementation was seamless. The software worked well with our system. I do have to cut many orders for procurement of lighting products.

> **改善点**: The only problem was difficulty with some vendors and suppliers that could not adapt to our system. So we had to hand hold at times which slows down the process.
