QMS is lacking

At least it is not a paper based system.
改善してほしい点:
It is not user friendly at all. Searches are confusing, and notifications are confusing. Circulating documents through Arena is a hassle.

Ease of Use for Users
製品を使ってみた感想： Big improvement from our previous QMS system, smooth implementation from user perspective. Look forward to learning more about Arena.
良いポイント:
It's breadth of capabilities, customizing of Dashboard, ability to save search filters.
改善してほしい点:
Not auto-populating in Dashboard fields. I.E. if you click into "Training", only recently visited Trainings appear, not necessarily all that are outstanding for the user.
