An update from me can be very detailed. Special fonts, invisible characters and even embedded images are not as important as allowing for a lot of ASCII text. Invisible markers (except CR/LF) are mostly obstructive. > > This is and has always been the most appropriate commercial task management system for small teams available today in my experience.
