Versatile and Effective for HR
製品を使ってみた感想： It's reliable solution for me as an HR professional. Once it’s set up, it runs smoothly and saves a ton of effort.
良いポイント:
The recruitment and employee management modules are fantastic—they make tracking applications and managing employee data so simple. Also being able to integrate HR with other modules like accounting and project management is super helpful
改善してほしい点:
Some features require additional modules, which can increase the cost. Also learning all the features takes time, especially for new users. But not a deal breaker.

製品を使ってみた感想： I have had a good experience with Odoo. Their support is helpful and answered my questions on time, and the website is easy enough to get around.
良いポイント:
I really like that Odoo has a lot of customizations options.
改善してほしい点:
I dislike that while the free plan allow you to use one app for free, if you'd like to use more than 1, you have to upgrade to an all apps plan. It would be helpful to offer a price per additional app or just a subscription price for only a certain amount of apps.
Useless and pathetic. Absolute no client services defeats the point of having a user friendly website.
製品を使ってみた感想： The website is cool, but the people behind it is completely useless. It doesn't help you have a user friendly website if no-one gives a shit when you have a problem. I guess I am expected to do every single thing I have done, all over again, or get a better website because I have absolutely no interest in continuing with Odoo if they don't care about their clients and are useless themselves.
良いポイント:
It was easy to use while I could actually use it. But that's irrelevant because I lost my entire database and can't recover it anyway.
改善してほしい点:
After I worked long hours on creating the perfect website, my free trial ended and I had no way of getting back into my original database. I tried subscribing so that I can get back to my website, but it just took me to a brand new URL to start a completely new website from scratch. I opened a ticket to get assistance, emailed Odoo and then also replied to the email that tells me my free trial has ended and specifically tells me to reply to it to discuss my options. So after doing all of that, I got absolutely no response and still have no way to get back into my website after putting in a lot of effort to get it going. So the biggest Con regarding Odoo is the fact that their customer support is an absolute piece of shit.
Great ERP on a budget.
製品を使ってみた感想： It is way better than our last ERP provider. Odoo can be a bit rough around the edges, but they are always making improvements and do take the time to not only add new features, but clean up rough edges.

You get a lot of functionality for the price.

While the support is sometimes lackluster, I was prompted to write this review because of great support I received.
Odoo, going well but slowly
製品を使ってみた感想： Overall the experience has been great. We've been super happy with their offering. We're trying to switch our business over to them and it's taking longer then expected but working well so we're satisfied.
良いポイント:
It's simple and easy for everyone from our young employees to the ones who struggle with technology.
改善してほしい点:
Their customer service is a little slow to respond to our requests and yes we are a paid customer paying for their time.
