To my surprise the support team answered back through the chat area. They also seemed very patient with me. I also like that it is mobile friendly so that I can view the calendar while I’m away from my desk.

> **改善点**: Every year I have to contact their customer service department. The reason for this is that there seems to always be some sort of error and/or discrepancy in the numbers. A number of our guests were double charged and I ended having to refund each guest out of my own money. It’s frustrating that you can’t simply transfer someone from one tour of your home to an in depth tour.

> Prior to using this new method I spent most of my days on the phone. With this new program my customers simply press a button and I don’t have to communicate with them at all. Prior to using this new program, viewing a list of which rental boats were available versus those already on the water took much longer than it does currently. The automated emails are sent automatically – I no longer have to send them manually. As far as phone calls at home go, it is nice not to receive multiple calls during the evening for reservation requests.
