We've set up the process where we send invoices with ZenMaid, but multiple customers were not able to process their payment online, and we ended up chasing invoices. Some of our clients lost trust and were annoyed, and complained about the experience. ZenMaid refused to take the concern seriously and blamed us and our customers for the error. It was integrated via Square, we've talked to Square multiple times and sent invoices separately through Square, which is working fine.
