It is fairly easy to reach someone on the phone but most importantly, getting customer service through the "help support" chat option is lightning fast and they help right away.  Employees seem to like the ease of use with the leave management system and their own personal managegment portal.  Payroll is fairly easy to run with paycor and there is plenty of support if you have questions.

> We are used to them.  They are much better than paycom, but their implementation was terrible.  Sometimes we have issues linking ourside systems that we were guaranteed would work, but the system itself is good for the price.
