Easy to integrate survey solution

製品を使ってみた感想: For us it has a good value point for doing regular user surveys (NPS, CSAT), but also do to feedback surveys for individual features or user journeys.

It was fairly easy to setup for us and integrates well with our website, as well as our other infrastructure (pushing survey results to e.g. Slack or Big Query). It offers us good customization and the ability for marketing or non-technical product people to leverage it. The Survicate AI functionality is also very useful to do product research if you have collected a lot of feedback and want to go through it fast.

改善してほしい点:

We did not see an ability to use emails and in-app surveys together while not over-surveying individual users (for example reach out to all users which did not answer an in-app survey via email).

Survicate is really easy to use and the customer service is fantastic! Easy to build surveys, control integrations, and share with other teammates. Love the analytics and AI template creation features.

改善してほしい点:

Would love more features for native image hosting and the ability to embed prototypes with standard design tools like Figma (iframe or embedded links). You can still embed images but it requires your own image hosting solution and embedded HTML tags, so it just takes more time and isn't very flexible.

Survicate integrates well within our marketing efforts

製品を使ってみた感想: I am very pleased with Survicate, but I notice that many competitors are emerging in the market. It is essential to listen to your clients and continue evolving the platform without putting pressure on them to increase prices. Survicate has been seamlessly integrated into our marketing efforts, and we can share logins across the company with different levels of access.

良いポイント:

Integration with ActiveCampaign and the template library. The usage of the tool is very easy.

改善してほしい点:

We are currently on a legacy pricing plan, which restricts our access to many features. Survicate requires us to upgrade to access these features, effectively doubling our current costs. I believe this situation should be handled differently, considering we are legacy clients. While some incremental changes may be reasonable, it feels unfair to compel us to upgrade in this manner. Additionally, we are experiencing issues with duplicate survey responses, which are also being captured by the chatbot. Cleaning up these duplicates is currently a manual process, and I feel there should be better solutions within the tool. It would be helpful to add a sorting filter that brings all duplicate survey responses together, rather than requiring us to go through all answers to identify them. Improvements are needed in this area, such as the ability to remove or exclude duplicate responses and a better system for identifying chatbot inputs.

製品を使ってみた感想: My team uses Survicate to display mobile surveys and get user feedback, specially when running A/B tests to compare user perception on different variants. We really like how easy it is to design surveys and analyze user responses.

良いポイント:

Response analysis is very intuitive and the interface is very friendly. The feature to export all responses into a csv also helps a lot to build custom visualizations to segregate users and understand better their feedback.

改善してほしい点:

Not exactly a negative point, but I miss the possibility of integrating Survicate with other campaign tools, such as Braze. We already have a big tracking structure on other tools, so it was easier to create campaigns on Braze and use those campaigns to trigger the Survicate surveys - which works really well, by the way.

It is very easy to create and launch surveys on Survicate. There are ready to use templates and it is easy to use various type of questions and logic in the surveys. Also the customer success team is very knowledgeable and reaches out proactively with advice on how to improve your use of the survey tool.

Broad feedback after 6 months of use from a buisness developers perspective

Easy to use interface. Ability to get several different customer insights in one place. Good tools for analyzing results, outcomes and customer feedback. What I would be thinking about in this step is how can we help our clients to package insights in the best way to make it easy to communicate to the organisation? Great customer support. Proactive, helpful and good tools. I get the feeling you have thought through you own customer journey i the help phase. Proactive product development. New and relevant features are released. I believe the step towards using AI to analyze large sets of customer feedback is the right strategic step for you product.

改善してほしい点:

Not much. Small thing: for some reason I have to log-in every by typing my email manually. A "remember me" function in the log-in step would be nice.

Great survey tool for all things surveys

製品を使ってみた感想: Overall, great experience - just get in and play around with the features, because there are a ton of features and possibilities - and they are well orgnaized. I love the suggestions and the ability to edit from a template - and download results (with paying version). You do get a LOT from the free- which is also great.

Love the ease of most integrations, especially Intercom, and how easy it is to create surveys - whether from scratch or from a template. Very easy to ensure a non-biased question and have great data capture options

改善してほしい点:

I found it frustrating to send a single link but have it collect identified information, without using an email tool - without integrating the survey into Intercom or Marketo or another email tool, sending an identified email link is cumbersome - we often have those emails blocked by email servers, so being able to one-off send a link is important.

Beware - They freeze surveys to respondents!

良いポイント:

In the middle of a survey they just froze the survey access to respondents demanding we upgrade. By the time we did of course, we now have to re-send the survey. Awful and completely illogical way of running a survey service. It is tremendously expensive if you are regularly surveying people. 1,000 responses a month (for all surveys) is 1500 a year base. It gets very pricey, very quickly. Do not recommend them.

Cool way to improve conversion rates

製品を使ってみた感想: Survicate is a great tool to direct your potential customers straight to the right answers / solutions within your product. It can improve your onboarding process as well as initial conversion rates from visitors to registered users.

I wish there would be more integrations, although I know they are currently working on this.

Great tool for conversion visits into leads

製品を使ってみた感想: We used the app on car manufacturer webpage, due to intuitive design of a user interface we have seamlessly designed pop ups' scenarios and content which resulted in tripled growth of a number of online generated leads (without quality loss) and enhanced knowledge about customers' insights (e.g. demography, purchase intention, preferences, etc.).

- "descrete" and smart design (not invasive for page visitors) - intuitive user's interface - cost efficient tool for an immediate growth of online leads - smart tool for different online surveys
