"Lookup project, see time billed" does not exist. How can a time tracking software not have a simple report showing me all the time billed to one project and by who? They constantly tell you all these convoluted steps to figure it out and they expect you to spend 10 minutes everytime you want the info. Now imagine it's the end of the month and you want to bill all your clients for time spent... Default settings created some pushback from the team before we found the right balance. > > It brought structure to time tracking across both remote and field based staff without needing two separate tools. Timesheet approvals stopped being a weekly chase and the QuickBooks sync removed the manual step that used to sit between approved hours and payroll.
