製品を使ってみた感想: We have been with Lodgify since the summer of 2023. Their first-tier customer service reps on the phone are great, they get 5 stars. They solve most issues/questions. However, if they cannot solve the issue and it is sent to their "tech team" (located is some other place, far, far away) service drops to a zero. We have been waiting over 5 weeks on one open ticket (messages to guests were not being sent) and over a week on another (VRBO attachments were no longer being sent). We are in the process of looking at other providers, likely to switch to Hostaway. It's too bad because in many ways they are great, but in the guest services business we can't afford to have them cost us thousands in lost bookings due to poor service.

Highly recommend Lodgify

製品を使ってみた感想: They are very professional and give help when needed. They continually improve the capabilities of the system and add new features and integrations with other apps. Somebody always answers an email and sticks with it until the issue is resolved.

It was fairly simple to get my website up and running. I am not tech savvy but format is very user friendly.

The fact that they are not headquartered in USA some times slows response time a bit...hasn't been a problem though.

製品を使ってみた感想: Very positve experience so far thanks to the extensive onboarding sessions. This really made the difference in getting me quickly setup and running.

良いポイント:

Really nice platform that can synchronize all the data from the top vacation rental sites. The onboarding is quite involved but luckily they provide you with an expert that sets all the backend rules and default settings for you while showing you around. I spent a very productive 2 hours online with this agent and came out feeling very confident. I had spent some time playing around with a demo account before deciding to jump in, and that did not give me an overview of all the depth and flexibility that Lodgify offers. I'm really glad that I went with them.

The single calendar view can use some optimizations (the multi calendar view is perfect). But they already told me they were looking into this and that there will be an update soon. In general it seems like they are constantly developing the platform further and so there are constant improvements.

Lodgify is terrible

製品を使ってみた感想: It has been frustrating from the start but now that we have 4 rentals and are invested in it, it is difficult to switch to another one but I would do it in a heartbeat. Do not waste your time with Lodgify!!!

In theory I love the features they have but too bad they all do not function properly and have caused us to lose money on resos because of Lodgify's continued errors

This may not be specific to Lodgify but to the channels themselves and what they allow for integrations, but having to figure out if promotions or payments sync with Lodgify and Airbnb and Booking or VRBO is a challenge for me.

Have a nice telefone support, but they can't do nothing, everything go to Connection Team, and they answer development team will do something in the future

Everything, very stupid system, to see the price, you need go to the Chanel, ex Airbnb, enter like a guest, look for your property, and look for diferents date to see what lodgfy are doing with your prices and promotions I Have 6 property and 4 channels, how a will know what are happen? Lodgfy dont charge for guest after 2 people, i lose a lot of money with this

Above my expectations

- The onboarding process. I needed to have two sessions with [sensitive content hidden] in order to setup my website, connected external platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, understand and setup the payments and nightly prices. [sensitive content hidden] is a fantastic onboarding specialist and helped me a lot to setup everything I needed without rushing things up because our meetings were usually running overtime. - The option to have my own website, connect my own domain and the freedom to add pretty much everything that I need to add there. - Sync between my website and the external platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc) - Comms, I really like the auto-replies and the emails go out to my customers. - Season rates is a good concept. - Lodgify Roadmap: brilliant idea! Listen to your customers and get driven by them shows the character of a company with future! - Accepting reviews is another nice feature in place. - I like the blog that includes article to help you regarding setup your account, website, etc, it also helps you understanding how you can promote your website (webinars) and finally to show you success stories and some brilliant examples of rentals. - Support is also really good, helpful, descriptive and quick.

改善してほしい点:

- The fact that I have to calculate the weekly or monthly offer that I need to add in a flat amount because it does not accept percentage. For instance, €10 per night, €70 per week, desired weekly offer (10%), I need to add €63. I would prefer to be able to add the percentage (10%) - I would prefer to have the option to update the prices in the other platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc) and get updated back to my website and vice versa. - It would be nice if Lodgify was proving services for promoting and advertising your website.

unfair behavior

製品を使ってみた感想: I purchased the professional package because it was advertised that no commissions were paid on bookings, but then I realized that 4% commissions were applied on transactions via stripe payments. You don't read it in the terms and conditions but on the pricing page you see this commission which is called by a different name, just by hovering over the payment processing item. This is truly incorrect commercial behavior. I asked for a refund of these fees and was denied, replying that their fees are "transparent".
Furthermore, I activated Lodgify the first year at an affordable price, but on the first renewal the increase was exorbitant.
I would add that Google Vacation rentals would also be included in the professional package, but in reality this service does not work.
Ultimately the price plus the fees on each credit card transaction do not justify the usefulness for someone who has only one property like me.
But the worst thing is that the company does not demonstrate honesty in advertising zero booking commissions and then applying them using another name and without this other commission being able to be read on the prices page if not by passing over another item with the mouse.

building your own website is the only reason lodgify would be useful

every channel has different way to manage rates. Preview rates doesn't shows the final rate you will get, because they don't consider the adjustment field you can use for every different channel. The app and the website on the cellphone has many glitches is almost impossible to use to modify when you need it because you are away from home.

Control Vacation Rentals Across Multiple Channels with Lodgify

製品を使ってみた感想: On-boarding was made easy by their great customer service people. The software is intuitive and easy to use.

良いポイント:

Lodgify allowed us to set up our own website where guests can book our vacation rental easily. It also allowed us to expand the channels that we are listed on and gave us a central location where we can manage pricing and communicate with guests from all those channels.

改善してほしい点:

Our only negative is that Lodgify does not integrate with (RMS) the reservation system that our rental management company uses.

Lodgify is not what it seems

製品を使ってみた感想: Worst experience ever!!! And I am not getting my money back. I just wanted to rent my dads home so I can afford the mortgage and keep it in the family. I didn’t meet to make a profit. Just wanted to break even and this has been a difficult experience on top of worrying about loosing the house. Now I am loading almost $500 to a company that is crap and is making enough money to refund me but won’t. Thanks for nothing.

Nothing. Nothing worked. It took forever to set up and I am sure I lost renters due to the syncing errors and conflicting policies.

Nothing syncs correctly and when it did it took one month. The policies don’t sync correctly so it shows different policies in different places. When I call customer support it takes them 10 min to answer a simple direct question. They are also not open on the weekends for customer support when most of the business for a vacation rental happens over long weekends. The send you a ridiculous number of emails asking if you need help which are clearly automated. But when you ask for help it is a nightmare to get straight answers. Not to mention it is almost $500 for their best plan which looked great. But now I realize how horrible it is. If I cancel my plan I won’t get a refund for the 10 months that I will not use it. I would suggest not giving them any money because you won’t get it back.

A Hands On approach

製品を使ってみた感想: So far, we are happy with the performance of the program. The people are patient and happy to help with issues that need to be solved. They are quick to answer and knowledgable.

良いポイント:

I wanted to see more of what was happening with my rentals. My previous channel manager did a good job too, but was unable to set the price structure I wanted. Lodgify gives us a lot of options.

Because Lodgify gives so many options, decisions need to be made that can sometimes be difficult. Also, after looking over our initial setup, there were a few things that I missed and didn't realize it by our onboard help also. It was fixed, but there are a lot of details that need care.

Wish they would help when you call.in instead of give answers that do not work

One place to look. Worked well until we added additional properties and could not get them to fix it or get a call back from someone that could help.

Excellent Product and Easy set up

Took a few days for VRBO to sync so still didnt trust the linked calendars at the start but all good after initial set up. The derived rates and mark up % are a bit confusing to use.

Easy set up with multiple onboarding calls to ensure everything is set up correctly

The support team responds quickly, Our onboarding specialist, [sensitive content hidden] explained everything very clearly with screen sharing and made sure that we got everything correctly to link our rental platform to the Lodgify account. This is an easy to use website that has helped multiply our bookings. We receive payments instantly from the very first day and it integrates numerous payments including paypal and stripe and in all currencies.

製品を使ってみた感想: confused at first but onboarding team help to set it right. i recommend you dont set up yourself, get help from onboarding team and understand the platform first to avoid double book, or mistake that people can book for unwanted price

I’ve recently signed up my B&B with Lodgify to help create a website and for the channel management. Still in the process of finalising the end product, although everything has been seem less so far. Very happy!

Fantastic Product!

製品を使ってみた感想: So far, everything has been great. And the customer service reps are the best. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, quick to respond, easy to understand, and efficient in their assistance. I wish ALL customer service agents were the same!

良いポイント:

We haven't opened to the public yet, but setting up Lodgify has been a breeze and all the features are amazing! I am sure we will be even more pleased once we're able to integrate channel management as well.

改善してほしい点:

The only thing is switching from the general features to the rental specific features. I know why they are separate, it would just be nice to be able to access all features from "each" rental.

Took a bit to figure out. On boarding call was paramount. Once I had that I was good to go.
