Highly skilled professional development team solved all our system development needs quickly. System was light weight but flexible to suit different channels and specific needs.

良いポイント:

Software is easy to set up and use. Can be used from anywhere. Customer support is available all of the time.

改善してほしい点:

Not easy to customize. There are some lags here and there.

製品を使ってみた感想: Overall impression of the Insly broker insurance system is remarkably good but still has opportunities for further improvements.
The system is user friendly, can be accessed from any computer and doesn't need any additional installations.
Insurance quotations work well when main insurance solutions are working properly. On the other hand when working with hight risk class vehicles, mostly all quotations should be done manually and Insly is used to combine all calculations in an easy to read type of proposal, which our clients value.
Insly system provides transparent view of working progress and follow-up reminders.
From the administrative point of view, Insly offers outstanding functionality of insurers reports, handy payment imports, extensive reporting options.
Recommendations might be to insert a variety of commission levels, therefore allowing to differentiate payment methods throughout salesmen and to generate user specific commission acts by adding specific headers and footers to the existing report in order to reduce manual work.

Insly insurance broker software review

製品を使ってみた感想: Insly insurance broker software features all the aspects that would be expected from a broker software including policy issuing, billing, administration, CRM , reporting and multiple quoting functionalities. An important advantage is that it is a cloud based system meaning one does not need to install anything to his / her computer. The insurance quotes can be provided online (through a real time xml connection from insurers) or by inserting /uploading tariff tables. Since the quotes are provided in real time over xml connection then there is a slight delay in gathering and presenting the comparative prices. Marketing related customization options for brokers who use the system are available and extent of this will most likely be increased in the next version. All in all a very effective and easy-to-use software for policy quoting, issuing and administration.

製品を使ってみた感想: Process automation and efficiency are the two key words that can be associated with Insly broker system. The automated renewal engine for third party liability insurance allowed us to migrate 50% of the back office staff to other duties and tasks. The offers for mainstream insurance lines are composed automatically and quickly. What is even more important they look nice and professional. Even though the system is pre-calibrated some adjustments are still needed before the system can be used such as personalization of the offer summary templates. Naturally if needed one can use the standard white label templates available as well. Most of the calibration can be done easily by the user himself. At the same time there are some tasks that also require the involvement of the support staff.
