A basic easy to use solution
製品を使ってみた感想： My experience was fine. It wasn't great, it also wasn't bad. It functioned fine for me as a user and I didn't experience any outages or issues often.

Paycom was fine for my basic needs for time and attendance. It was easy to use and understand.
改善してほしい点:
Integrating other systems into Paycom wasn't easy and proved to be difficult for employees to use. We like to be able to incorporate as much HR functionality into one system for ease of use and simplicity, but we encountered a lot of road blocks with Paycom. From my standpoint it was okay to use, but our company quickly transitioned away from Paycom due to the complexity on the backend.

製品を使ってみた感想： It has really improved since 2023. We are grateful that they are now helping us manager our 1099 vendors.

After 2023, they have improved Customer Service and the system interface is very intuitive.

Nothing at this time. They have improved their customer service since 2023 and that really has made it easy to work with them.
