Great place to store temporary documents for a project. Easy to provide access to other team members for review. Keyword searches highlight in results.

No custom searches like for regular expressions or conditional searches

Datasite is top tier!

The interface is intuitive to use and the customer service team is very helpful. Datasite is also widely used in the M&A industry so consultants and bankers already know its functionality.
改善してほしい点:
Occasionally there are errors uploading files. It's not always clear how a data room is being billed.

Terribly expensive VDR
製品を使ってみた感想： Terrible, way too overpriced with a very predatory pricing structure.

Functional VDR with required analytics and other functions.
改善してほしい点:
Terrible pricing structure, at a cost per page, and extra costs for excels. Very predatory an way too expensive compared to other VDR providers. Representatives are not very helpful.

Great Data Sharing Tool but Price Can be High
製品を使ってみた感想： I currently use Datasite on the daily basis. It is very user friend and makes it easy for me to find documents that I have uploaded and other documents that others have uploaded. The only thing that is not my favorite is that it can be hard to tell what documents have been uploaded when.
良いポイント:
The easy of use. The fact that you have one central spot to be able to upload large files and data sets to be able to share with internal and external clients. It is also nice that gives you a daily update on what documents have been provided by either parties.
改善してほしい点:
The price. Datasite historically charges clients by the amount of pages that are extracted from the platform. Therefore, the cost of using the software can and will add up quickly.
