> **改善点**: Too much of a communication barrier with your onboarding support team.   They oversell and underdeliver performance and features.   They also want you to share your admin credentials during setup instead of having any type of "partner" or their own credentials.

> We were excited to begin with Zoho recruit but once onboarding started we quickly realized it was not the right tool for us.   We were oversold on on things that the system could do, for example, we were told there was a full integration with RingCentral for phone and SMS.   What they don't tell you that is that you have to pay for an additional 3rd party service to make the outbound SMS work.   We were assigned a project manager, and then 1 week in, that person was removed and put on a different project.
