This is partly our issue as no time to dedicate to load it correctly, however, I don't believe at the initial roll out we were given the 100% support we needed to get it right . Loading hotel rates \& specials is time consuming and repetitive and should be much simpler than it is, given the claims that the system is advanced. There is no functionality to generate emails to suppliers from the system.
