I appreciate how reliable the GPS tracking is and how much control it gives me over operations without needing constant check-ins.

There are a lot of features, which is great in theory, but it can feel overwhelming and not always intuitive at first. Some reports take time to customize, and I’ve found that making small changes isn’t always as quick as I’d like. Pricing can also feel high, especially for smaller teams, and customer support responses can be inconsistent depending on the issue.

> **改善点**: Customer service sucks and they wasted half my day on the phone by wasting my time. They will talk a few minutes and then place you on hold. When you want straight out answers they give you the run around and don't answer the questions directly. I called months ago to have the contract terminated and told them I would not be renewing it after my time was expired. They auto renewed it without my consent. Now they are telling me that they have no record of me calling to cancel but yet they sent me a return label to return the equipment. Now they want to charge me $1,200 for early termination fee because they claimed that I re signed a new contract which is a lie. I had no intentions of renewing and they knew it.

> Worst Customer service ever. Almost all CS workers speak in broken English which makes it hard to understand them.
