Software has a great layout, its not old and dated, but neither is it a flashy smooth interface that changes with every new update. Styling is consistent. Customer support is easy to reach, they recently on-boarded a number of new employees, so no issues. Accounting export is automatically synced from Fishbowl to Quickbooks.
