製品を使ってみた感想： As far as Oil & Gas accounting software OGsql is the biggest bang for the buck with no close second. OGsql is a very efficient system that is easy to manage and maintain. I would highly recommend it to any independent oil & gas company.

Screens are very user friendly and system is easy to learn due to the logical design of the file structure. Installation and training is very short which allows for a quick startup of the system. Once installed, the system can be managed by the accounting group with very limited support from IT. Reporting is limited to your imagination due to the excel download capabilities. OGsql is a very stable system. Support team is outstanding. They work with you until all the issues are addressed and resolved. Templates on Ogsys website allows users to upload files directly into OGsql for efficiency and accuracy. Solid integrity of the system and data allows for efficient audits.

System documentation and help screens could be improved.

Very user friendly, inexpensive compared to other O&G SW, help desk incredible, best around. Use in other industries o/s of O&G. OGSYS personnel very professional and helpful.

No negatives in my experience using OGSYS in the last ten years.

No More Manual Entry

良いポイント:

You no longer have to manually enter each line item from a 60 page check into a database. CDEX electronically delivers the revenue detail.

改善してほしい点:

Some operators use longer codes for each line and CDEX only has the ability to read up to so many numbers, so you have to go back in to those specific operators and make manual changes.

Best Value and better Design

製品を使ってみた感想： The software is likely the best dollar for dollar O&G software I have seen. It is intuitive, well written and automates a lot of entries saving payroll dollars. The document management syncs perfectly too. The reporting is so easy to write and save. Support is top notch. Very knowledgeable group who respond immediately via email, 30 minutes via phone..

Easy to upload from Excel. Reports come up in Excel format. Customer Service is spot on and dedicated to your needs. Customized programming is always a plus.

Report writer is limited.
