MT helped us build a program w/commercials that really make sense for our business, along with white-glove support in setup and any occasional issues that come up. Any implementation issues we've run into are really just fundamental flaws in outdated payment rails which are certainly not MT's fault (ACH is archaic and I can't wait for it to get replaced).
