It allows us to keep the chat aligned with our brand voice and real product expertise, which is essential in a professional e-commerce environment.&#10;&#10;Zipchat is good value for money, flexible setup, and very solid performance for an AI chat tool.&#10;&#10;The product is easy to integrate into the website, works reliably, and gives us much more control than most competing solutions. Customer support has been responsive and helpful when needed.
